Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server Jennifer was incredible! She stayed calm among the chaos of a busy night ahead of a show at Rosemont and made my husband and I feel so special as she surprise acknowledged our anniversary! Thank you for making our evening so special.

    Gustavo, our server, did a fantastic job. The full service team exceeded our expectations. The food was super delicious. This is the perfect place to celebrate a special event, birthday, etc. the staff’s attention to guests celebrations never disappoints. Highly recommend the Capital Grille

    We came for a pre-Kylie drink and bite. Everything from start to finish was excellent! We also felt very welcome and comfortable in our extravagant outfits for the show. Sequin disco pants are probably not something you regularly see. Ha Thank you for a great experience!
