    Lovely Sunday lunch and very reasonably priced. Only downside being the place was quite cold and every time the door opened it was a freezing draught. Would certainly return though as food was very good.

    The Sunday roast beef dinner was delicious with a homemade Yorkshire pudding. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to give it a try.

    Usually visit when we have a free Sunday and it’s always spot on. Staff are friendly, food is lovely. Football on tv on Sundays. Would and do often recommend.

    Service was slow (45 minutes from ordering meal to receiving meal) Waited 15 minutes to place order and order a drink Food was lovely apart from the beef on the menu states served med/rare but was over cooked and very tough. (Couldn't eat it) Ashame really because we love the chairman and have visited for food many times and alway had a lovely meal. Must have been an off day

    A cracking bar/restaurant in the heart of town. Ideal for a pint before or after the match with outdoor seating available too. I'd recommend booking a table via open table to avoid disappointment. They have a wide selection of lagers/beers/spirits. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

    Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were chatty and made you feel very welcome. The food was served quickly and was hot. The 2 courses for £9.99 was a fantastic deal. We all enjoyed our food and the overall atmosphere of this lovely little find. We will definitely go back.

    Called in for Sunday lunch. Staff were excellent and the food was lovely. The only very minor fault was the reconstituted mash which could have been warmer. Parking really difficult though and value for money reasonable but more expensive than most places that do Sunday Roast at £13.95 for a main course. However I would still recommend as the overall experience was really good.
