Waited more than 30 minutes for reserved tables, didn’t provide menus for another 10 and then needed to be repeatedly prompted for dood to arrive. Ruined a special birthday dinner.

Despite making a reservation weeks in advance, they waited to tell us that the restaurant was closed on Christmas Eve until the day before.
