    Friday 5.30pm, 17 November 2023 In general, table service was very good and the waitresses, bar one, were extremely pleasant and smiling- well done! As mains, the portions of halibut and chicken were too small. The lamb shank was as expected. A 'Christmas lights on' celebratory carol choir started up in the lobby during our meal which produced mixed reactions at our table. Overall, a pleasant experience, and it is conveniently opposite the National Concert Hall.

    The food and service at The Coburg are excellent and the room is comfortable and a pleasant place to be. On our most recent visit the music was too loud and intrusive, possibly because of a large party in part of the space. The wait between the starter and the main course was very long and I think the same was true last time we were there. Standout dish was the saffron rissotto as a starter.

    I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Champagne and oyster bar was so cool to experience before moving in to our table for dinner. All the dishes were so tasty and flavoured. We had the ravioli, the beef and the venison that were reccomended as some of their most popular and it was all great choices. The wine suggestion was accurate and paired really well with the meal. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing and the service was attentive and warm but not intrusive at all. The Italian girls made us feel really special and definitely made the night as we were celebrating. We were not really demanding but they accomodate all our requests promptly . We couldn’t choose a better spot, we will definitely be back soon to treat ourselves and enjoy another lovely night.

    The service was absolutely amazing! The high quality of the food met our expectations, The playlist created a perfect ambiance. The Italians girls were extraordinary and anticipated all my needs. The wine pairing was excellent as I would expect from a fine dining restaurant. We really had a lovely date night. The restaurant was a precious discovery and I would absolutely recommend it!

    We had a fabulous evening at the Coburg. Great food, amazing service. The new menu has plenty of options, oysters to start and the venison was delicious and perfectly cooked. The team were able to pair wines with our food and were so friendly. It really was a five star night

    Lovely to eat here and relax before a concert in the NCH across the road. The staff are used to people looking to make the show! Lovely ambience - great staff.

    We loved the food and the service! Vibes were great. Only thing to be mindful of is water costs $7/bottle when we would have been fine with tap. We’ll know for next time and recommend it to anyone looking for a special delicious meal!

    The Coburg restaurant at the Conrad Hotel is the ideal venue and location for a meal before going across the road to the National Concert Hall for a gig. The location and proximity of the Coburg, one of three excellent restaurants in the Conrad, was our reason for selecting it. The food and wine were superb ,if a little pricey but, in hindsight, we were delighted with our choice. It was our first visit to the cosy and intimate Coburg at the Conrad and we can't wait for an excuse to go back as soon as possible.

    First time eating at the Coburg since it reopened in it's current form. The food was suberb. I can recommend the risotto starter and the monkfish particularly. The bread was ok but not as good as the wonderful warm loaves that the Coburg used to serve pre Covid. The staff are friendly and professional. Service is a little slow but this could be a kitchen issue rather than a restaurant issue. The wine list is extensive and expensive but there are some very good wines at the lower end of their price spectrum.

    The food was great. It was the service that was a let down. Issues with not being given the wine list, finding a wine that was offered by the glass, inconsistency in the delivery of the amuse bouch and bread to each table are examples of the very poor service.

    Found hair in the food, the waiter questioned me if the hair was there in the first place instead of apologizing. The water was not refilled at the table, even though the water bottle was taken away. The bill was incorrect.

    A mixed bag. The food presentation was very nice. However, while beautiful, the goat cheese "salad" starter was insubstantial. As for the beef filet entree, the meat itself was well cooked, tender and a good portion, but was practically ruined by the bitter (overcooked) tarragon sauce. The glass of red wine recommended by the waiter was sour and tasted cheap. My partner had the monkfish and reported that it was quite good. They've only just opened recently, so hopefully things will improve and become more consistent.

    Really enjoyed our experience at dinner in Coburg restaurant in the Conrad. The staff were excellent, very friendly but not too intrusive. The food was amazing and different. We were given extra i.e. an Amuse Bouche, bread with plain and smoked butter and an extra dessert followed by a taste of dessert wine. Top marks all around. Tomas Carney was amazing. We will be back

    Honestly one of the best places I’ve dined in, in Dublin. The sommelier and waiter were amazing and knew everything after the dishes and pairing wines. My family were very impressed and can’t wait to return

    Seems like a quiet gem in the Saint Stephen’s Green Park area of Dublin. Not open every evening. We were staying in the Conrad so decided to give it a go. The service was incredible and personalized. The food excellent. And one of our very favorite bottles of wine was in the cellar. The team in the Coburg and Lemuel’s (the bar in the hotel) are awesome. Made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

    Terribly overpriced for what it was. 75€ for set menu with disappointing choices available. Steak was flavourless. Duck was tough. Salmon starter was delicious but basically was one mouthful. 6€ for tiny side portion of what were basically oven chips. Very poor indeed for a 5Star hotel eating experience. Service as very attentive and staff were very friendly. We wouldn’t come back again.
