The Congresbury Arms
Opened in 2019 and gaining 2AA Rosettes for culinary and service excellence in it's first year, it offers both traditional pub favorites and modern fine dining food in a relaxed and friendly environment.
First time here , will definitely be going again , the Rib eye was amazing, as was the soup of day and the beetroot cracker from the chef.
Drinks not over priced, all in all a nice night out.
They refused to serve me alcohol even though I was only after a small wine, and with my parents. I know it's protocal and all that but the people on the other table, both young and with parents didn't seem to have a problem with being served
Excellent venue. Our grandchildren love it.
The choice of food is superb.
Lovely Sunday lunch in a pleasant environment. Food and service were great.
Great food and service!
Great food and service. Lovely host. This was our third visit and we have not been disappointed at any time. If I have one criticism is that this time there was no venison on the menu but the truffle risotto was really good and it is better to have a changing menu I guess.
Beautiful place, great service and fantastic food. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon. Only negative was beer that hadn't been allowed to settle, but was replaced immediately and without question.
Lovely evening. The gluten free options are amazing. I really enjoyed trying the Gin menu and the waitress knew which tonics went with each gin.
Excellent food, great ambience ,friendly staff will certainly be dinning here again soon
Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the Congresbury Arms is well worth a visit. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are attentive and efficient and the costs are very reasonable. There is a large car park at the rear of the building so visiting is stress free. The menu is no extensive but includes vegetarian options but whatever you order it will be worth the visit.
Lovely food and good price décor of place is very nice
