The Cosmopolitan Grill Bar Terrace

We enjoyed martinis and dinner on the terrace on a beautiful autumn day. Everyone wore face masks and seating was limited. The service, once inside, was fabulous. Understandably, the service outside was slower - but we were the only ones. They had a lovely candle and birthday wish for me on my dessert (as I had registered it in the OpenTable app.)
We also got a giggle from the service robot that glided past carrying trays of delicious food and dirty dishes to and from the kitchen.

ランチでお邪魔しましたが、ボリュームもあり、十分満足。堪能しました。お勧めできます。
電話して問い合わせしたら満席で、オープンテーブルはすんなり予約がとれたのは謎ですが…。

A good place to visit for a Western-style meal in Osaka.

A lovely bar for martinis before my birthday dinner of seasonal seafood for me and a wagyu steak for my husband. Service was a delight, probably in part because we are now recognized as semi-regular customers.
Though usually loud (acoustically unavoidable in the glass space) it wasn't as loud this time.
Our only complaint at the bar is that there is no small dish to put our martini olive pits and olive fork on when we're done. To not have one seems a bit dirty for such a swank place. We asked, but got a paper coaster...
Though each time I have registered "birthday" or "anniversary" on Open Table, the restaurant never recognizes the event...
Food is consistently good with a nice European pace (not the fast Japanese rush to eat and run).

雰囲気は良い。
食べ物の量が値段に対して少ない。

数年ぶりに会う友人との会食での利用でした。
ゆったりとした店内だったので、となりのテーブルに気を使うような事もなく、寛いだ雰囲気で食事を楽しめました。
また、スタッフの方の接客も丁寧で心地よかったです。
お料理も美味しく頂きました。

The food is good however the tables are very close together and it felt overcrowded. The service was good but they are very keen to keep selling drinks and come as soon as you finish the drink. At other times you have to keep waving to get attention.
It feels pretentious and over-priced and the food is nothing special. I would not go back again.

アイデアがあり、素材もいいコース料理でした。スタッフもカッコいいしスタッフコートの着こなしもナイスでした。サービスもいい感じでした。あいにくお酒が飲めませんでしたが大きなワインセラーの中にある色々なワインを次回はゆっくり味わってみたいと思います。

We can get the nice dinner and good atmosphere here. There are wines of many, but those are high price while taste is so good. We recommend here to get business dinner and the special dinner.

梅田でお昼を食べると、いつも混んでいるのですが、こちらは予約できて、ゆっくりできるし、最後のデザートもあるので、いつも大満足しています。特別な日でなくても行きたいです。

料理もおいしくないし、うるさいし、会計カウンターの人は不愛想だし二度と行かないと思います

ほぼ満席、団体で少し騒がしい雰囲気でしたが、
窓際席に案内頂いたので良かったです。

雰囲気は抜群なのでデートにおすすめです。今回は仕事で来ましたが、個人的に今度はゆっくりと来てみたいです。

たまたまだったと思うのですがほとんどのTableでバースデーサプライズがあり、常にハースデーソングが流れていました。それはそれでしょうがないのですが、お誕生日と関係ない席とバースデーTableを少し話していただければ助かりました。

スタッフ全員の態度が良く好印象を持ちました。　大事にしていただきたいと思います。又、個々のサービスも高いと思います。お陰様で、気持ちの良い時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

いろんな意味で一言二言の言葉が足りないので、損した気分になりました。
おさんぽカードは？とか、スパークリングウォーターは有料ですよとか、この食材は云々とか、、、お肉が美味しかっただけに残念です。

誕生日に利用しました。絶妙な焼き加減の美味しいステーキと、ステキなスタッフのさりげない演出で、思い出に残る時間を過ごすことができました。また行くと思います。

would be good to have music, can have more option for lunch. .. personal speaking, dessert is "too sweet" for me ; ) .

Excellent venue overlooking Osaka city. Service was perfect and the fix price meals were reasonably priced and it was very very good. I had no complaints at all.

日曜日のランチに利用しました。お店側から予め　団体さんの横でうるさいかも？と
お電話いただいていましたが　天井が高いせいか？全く気になりませんでした。
お魚のボリュームも素晴らしく　本当に満足しました。
ただ、ひとつ　ものすごく　定員さんの声が小さすぎて　何を言っているのか？わからないのです（私は　多分　耳が大変いい方だと思います）一緒に行った友達も全く聞こえなかったみたいで　二人で大笑いとなりましたが。難を上げるとしたらそれです。

細やかな気配りができるスタッフさんばかりでした。料理はボリューミーかつ、美味しかったです！
また来たいと思います。

料理は普通、印象に残るほどの美味しさは無い。 また来て食べたいと思う料理は出て来なかった。
ゆっくり話が出来る雰囲気。
場所的には、料金は妥当。

今回で2回目の利用ですが、この日はお魚 料理を選びました⤴️ お魚の皮がパリパリで身が柔らかくてとても美味しかった💚 また同窓会の予約をしました🌟

典型的なアニバーサリーレストランで、見かけは美しいが内容が伴わない。
予約の時に、できれば窓辺の席を、とお願いしたが、何の説明もなく窓際ではない席へ通された。取れないなら、一言あったほうがよいと思う。
個々のスタッフの対応は悪くないのに、店全体としてはレベルが低いと感じた。

食事中にバースデーサプライズが4回ほど。
おめでたいのは良いが、とにかくうるさかった。

友人と同窓会の下見に行きました🌱 口コミに書いてあったように、お店の雰囲気やスタッフの方の対応が良かったです🌟 同窓会以外に別の友人と行こうと思っています🥀
