Nice atmosphere, good food offerings, spacing well enforced, overall nice experience attentative staff.
Lovely experience in a beautiful hotel with friendly service.
Waited over 20 minutes and had the servers walk pass since the minute we sat down . and didn’t even stop to offer us a drink so we left and other customers made us uncomfortable kept staring at us like they never saw people of color before
Loved the HH food! Crab cake and Avacado tacos were delicious and filling. Perfect light fare.
Everything went well. The food and drinks were good. We were spaced out at least 6 feet apart from other tables. Breana the bar maid was great. She looked after us and never had to wait for anything.
Food was great, portions on appetizers small. We went there to play the races. Not a great set up for that.
Great Happy Hour and high quality foodm considering this is one of only a couple restaurants open
Christmas day in Saratoga Springs.
gave our food away to customers that were seated 15mins after us by the manager which personally seated them and brought them their drinks . When I asked him is this how you treat a Viet Nam Veteran his only response was we can cook you another meal will take about 30 mins or so which we had already been waiting an hour because of this we will never eat here again and neither will our friends.
My wife and I had a reservation. We were seated in the bar with music. The music was too loud we couldn't talk. Then no one came to see us for 15 minutes. The hostess stopped by and asked if anyone was serving us. We said no. She took our drink order. 15 minutes later still no one came so we left. It was an awful experience. Waitresses were standing around talking with hostess and not interested in anyone. Bartenders took forever to get drinks out.
Great steak & fabulous mashed potato dinner. Great atmosphere & entertainment excellent wine list! Good atmosphere interesting people
How do you let us make a Mother's Day reservation when you don't serve breakfast? I even got a text to confirm. We arrived and it wasn't even open.
When it says on the website that the hotel has their happy hour in the atrium.....and then you go the restaurant and they are having it there it does not make for a very relaxing dinner experience. The drinks were terrible, the service was adequate, the food was okay, the noise level and confusion was really off putting. I like a happy hour as much as the next person but not when I'm expecting a dinner atmosphere. Couldn't get out of there fast enough
My wife and I went to the Easter Brunch. The facility and atmosphere is quite nice. The food was not good. Not a good value for the price we paid.
Very nice restaurant, reservation at 12pm. Seated at 12:20pm. Very hectic, lots of people, really no direction from hostess, small food area for all the people that were there. Not much variety of food. No one checked on us to see if we needed water and when they did, never got it.
Overall food was great, everyone was very nice, I think it just was like this due to it being Easter.
The restaurant has a fairly small menu. It has some entree's, but is more of a pub. The food was very good. It is a great place to eat if you are staying at the Embassy Suites and do not want to travel.
Everything was wonderful...service, food and ambience. A gem of a restaurant in Saratoga.
Love the clam chowder and the wings all flavors great tasty dinner for my husbands birthday
Good, not great. A nice setting, convenient for hotel guests. There are many other excellent options in the Saratoga downtown area but we opted to dine in the hotel due to some favorable reviews combined with a chilly, rainy New Year's Eve. Restaurant was steady but not overly busy. Prime Rib offered as medium, nothing rarer, but I took a chance. I found it closer to med-well/well. A bit heavy on the rosemary but edible and I know better than to send something back. Salmon was very nice. Truffle mashed potatoes - excellent. Mix vegs, carrots and asparagus, - done perfectly al dente. They offer no bread service of any kind - Really? Wait service was adequate, friendly enough but way too long between check-ins or even a glance. We'd have had at least one more round of drinks had they asked. Next time we'll take the short walk into the downtown as we've always done in the past. So, overall, just okay. A one and done for us.
Restaurant week is a way to try new places. It took well over an hour for my meal even though they were less than half full. They were out of one of three main meals. The chicken and waffles was the worst I have had. It had a greasy chicken leg instead of the usual chicken tender. I took my desert to go and was warned that pumpkin cheesecake was still hard. The chef had taken it out earlier but it hadn't thawed yet. It was one of the two deserts offered for the fixed price. I was asked for payment before given a receipt. I will not return for dinner.
Beginning with our initial greeting from our very cordial, welcoming hostess, to the excellent service by our server, Meredith, our experience (and our accompanying friends’ experiences) were totally positive! Food, drinks and live music by Chris Dollard, were terrific! The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. We will definitely be returning in the near future. We’re certain that our friends will be joining us again- no question!
$20 Restaurant Meal was fantastic--all three courses (arugula and fig salad, barramundi, pumpkin cheesecake) were excellent. Up there with Saratoga's best.
One of if not the very best Embassy suites Hilton Hotels I had the pleasure of staying with. The bar reception is among very best. The food very good. Highly recommended for business, or for pleasure. This is a great hotel.
Dined here with friends & the food was great; portions were big. It was honestly the best Fettuccini Alfredo I've had in Saratoga & I've just about tried them all. An added perk was the phenomenal live music they had at the bar. Don't let a hotel restaurant deter you from giving it a try. The bar is lively & the bartenders were so nice as well as the hostess.
The Diamond Club is a terrific hotel restaurant. This trip we had dinner there three times. There is a super wine list and the steak is as good as any steakhouse.
Aleays a joy when I go there. I especially love the patio
First time there, very nice place. Enjoyed it. Comment do not order the $9 dessert very small portion. Most likely will not return, better places in Saratoga, but was worth the one time trip.
Good hotel restaurant, nothing exceptional but if you’re staying at the hotel or need a reservation during racing season it’ll do fine.
Our first visit here won't be our last. Can sit in the livelier bar area or off to side in a quieter region of the spacious bar/dining room or in summer sit outside. Friendly and prompt service as well.
First time visiting the Diamond club. Had drinks at the bar before dinner. Everyone was super friendly. The food was great. Nice place, great experience!
It was a loud group so it took away some of the ambiance but the food & service & the food was very good!
This was the group's second visit - food & service is great. Reservation was made for the terrace but they were willing if it was too cold to move us inside. We enjoyed conversation & laughter - the staff was courteous & let us celebrate & have fun. Food, drinks & dessert were awesome - look forward to returning in the future.
We had a wonderful time at The Diamond Club Grill. My two sisters and my niece and I were in Saratoga Springs for the Jazz Festival, and we had dinner there our first night . The food was delicious, the ambiance was wonderful, and the service was truly exceptional! They had great live jazz there, too! I had a terrible fall on the sidewalk as we were walking to The Diamond Club Grill, and everyone there (the manager, the woman taking reservations, and our service) was very helpful - bringing me ice for my swollen face, and recommending a nearby medical facility for my care.
Great gluten free choices including an outstanding ne clam chowder!
great atmosphere and Jeanine is great!
Normally, we do not dine at the hotel while in Saratoga Springs, NY becuase there are so many options. Since the races ended late on Saturday, I made reservations at the Diamond Club Grill.
The steak was outstanding and the wine list was impressive. The vodka martini was disappointing and it was not at the happy hour rate.
The manager did his best to get everything back on track and I would definitely eat here again.
See if you can request Amanda as your server, she seemed to be on the ball.
My wife and I were both surprised to see a chic, modern and vibrant scene here. We chose The Diamond Club Grill at Embassy Suites because we heard the food was good. Not only was it good but the service was too. It was easy to park, it had a good wine selection and we all (7yo included) found stuff on the menu we all liked. In fact, we plan to come back on a "date night". Well done!!
The food was very good. In fact, my wife said that her Reuben was the best she ever had. Amanda, our server, was very friendly and quite knowledgeable and forthcoming about the menu items. The best part was that the bar had a Smuttynose Porter. The only downside was that the dining tables were next to the bar, which was very busy and loud.
We went here for my birthday celebration. The patio seating was great and we enjoyed the band. The eggplant fries were amazing!
We ordered the NY strip steaks and they were very good. A great portion of mashed potatoes and crisp asparagus came with it as well. A little long on the wait, as there wasn't too many people there. But, was worth the wait. We would recommend this place to anyone!
NYE, food was good, convenient
Good happy hour specials
