    We had 4 gluten free plus one GF/Dairyfree plus multiple other allergies. They handled every course spectacularly and my daughter didn't feel like she was missing out. Designs were amazing. Service was always attentive and the sommelier introduced us to some new wines and was very entertaining. Wish we were going down to the coast so we could try another restaurant.

    Food and service were both outstanding. Took a friend for her birthday and the staff made it very special. Good to hear about the restaurant's no waste ethos.

    A beautiful experience in a wonderful setting. The staff were welcoming and friendly but the star of the show was the incredible food. We enjoyed the wine pairing very much.

    Food was excellent. Sat down had a drink while we listened to the nights menu. The starters we beyond delicious. Each one an experience. The meal (which I didn’t think possible) continued to further Proustian joy of food. And always a delight to the eye.

    I can't recommend highly enough. Everything was fabulous. We could have left extremely satisfied after the bread and chicken butter! It wasn't cheap but we really went for it to celebrate a birthday. It's nice to see that Adam has introduced a less expensive lunch menu, which means we can go again!

    Lovely service as soon as we arrived and introduced to our server for the evening - but was then served by 5 others throughout the meal. Would have been nice to have the same server throughout. Food was bursting with flavour but sometimes you couldn’t taste the beautiful base ingredients (eg couldn’t taste the crab in the tart or the beef tartare in the snacks, or the caviar on the waffle as the meat / caviar was overpowered by other flavours in those dishes). The Bread and chicken liver parfait was excellent - best dish on the menu. BBQ Scallop had a lovely flavour but slightly undercooked in the middle - just translucent and slightly slimy in texture rather than the meaty texture it should be. Wagyu was lovely in the main but over salted. Lamb chop in the main was well cooked but the fat in the lamb short rib could have been rendered down more. Had one of each of the desserts (rhubarb and custard / chocolate and caramel) but the rhubarb custard dessert was overpowered by pepper and ginger, the rhubarb juice was nice and sharp but could have done with more fresh rhubarb on the plate. Both desserts had too much gelatin so felt bouncy rather than creamy in parts. But there was a lot of food and certainly felt so full we had to skip the cheese course. Had one tasting menu with the wine pairing and one with the non alcoholic pairing. Found the non alcohol pairing drinks all merged into one flavour - cold fruit tea with sugar. Suggest they play with less sweet drinks for some courses using botanical tonics or similar otherwise everything ends up tasting the same. Also had our first bottle of water spilled by the sommelier (accidents happen, no damage done) but then were charged for both bottles which was surprising. Also lovely use of cheese throughout the menu but did overpower the palate and leak into other flavours which wasn’t as pleasant. Overall we had a good time but room for improvement. P.s Love the art work and the attention to detail on the ambience.

    The most interesting food I’ve eaten for years. A fantastic culinary experience- everything has been thought through with such care and attention to detail. A total treat!
