Might not be authentic traditional japanese but it was modern whilr having respect to the classic taste and techniques. Service was cheerfull and personal. I did however wait for my water to be refilled often. The place itself has AMAZING decor. Very elegant and definately sets the mood for a romantic evening.

We would go back for the chicken gyoza (the sauce is outstanding) and tempura alone! However, the Top Hat cocktail was a big let down - it was just a spicy margarita with no hint of coriander, apricot or Moet & Chandon, and to top it off, the glass was less than half full!
