Being coeliac and dairy free with lots of other allergies and intolerances, I booked ahead for our son's graduation dinner. I sent my long list of don'ts and was told they would cater for me. As soon as we arrived for pre-dinner drinks I was assured all the staff knew of my list and not to worry. It was such an exceptional experience , the staff were amazing, the food was delicious and I can't wait to go back. Thank you all.

The service and food were excellent. If you have food allergies, the staff are very helpful and informative as to which items on the menu are safe to choose. However, in particular to nut allergies, the options on menu are greatly reduced.

Dessert was disappointing. I had chocolate with martini and cherry...This was a let down due to lack of flavour...Loved the Killary mussels but don't think hot on cold go to well together, ie the warm bisque sauce on cold

Great service, however we were seated at a table with split in the seat of the booth. Hake as bland but steak was superb, however sides were poor, a chopped bowl of carrots, parsnips and turnip, much like mother used to make. desert slight in taste and size.

For a 5 star hotel with only one vegan option on the menu it should have been a really good one, but no starter no dessert and a very bland and underwhelming vegan main, it all felt like an afterthought. We were expecting more considering these options are part of the main menu. The vegan breakfast was ok seemed reheated (hard hash brown and sausages) no plant milks or plant butters available. We wouldn’t be in a hurry back.

A pleasant stay. Didn't feel 5 star but nice surroundings. Food OK, breakfast was dissapointing, very standard I've had better at 4 star places. Room was deluxe lake view which was very nice. A nice stay , don't think I'd go back for the price you'd get better elsewhere.

We ate at gigis at 70m on a busy night. The food was excellent however the service was less them satisfactory. We had to wait 20mins from the time of asking for the bill (had asked twice for it)and a further 20 mins after the bill arrived to receive the card machine to pay. This delayed our future plans for the evening.I noticed other guest were tenned to much quicker. Overall the restaurant experience was very positive

Seats & table very low. A musty smell ?from curtains & furniture. A good clean is needed. Crumbs on tables & seats. An ice bucket was shared between 2 tables & wrong wine was nearly poured to us. Food was ok, the mash & veg as recommended by the server didn't disappoint.

Very disappointed. Nice flavours but all meat was quite chewy. Side of French fries were disgrace and veg was cubed of carrot, turnip and potato. Boring! Price outrageous for what we had. Nice staff, and very polite and attentive.
