    As always, really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Great food at what I consider to be be good value for money. Happy to recommend

    On the whole ok. good but, a member of our party had to pick three options off the menu before one was able to be served as they had ran out of the first and second choices. That's after we had been told what was already off the menu. Then another friend ordered the partridge which was really hard to eat and very tough. A little bit disappointed

    Fabulous food and choice from the menu. Had Sea bass and hubby had ham egg and chips. Good food done really well. Dog friendly too and service good as well. Will defo be going back.

    pub great food wonderful service good Have been a few times always good food and service, has a garden also for when summer arrives to sit in

    Always superb service with very friendly and attentive staff. The Tuesday ‘steak night’ is very good value for money with well cooked and plentiful fare. A really nice, warm atmosphere in a very well maintained country pub

    We found the main restaurant cold and it lacked atmosphere. The seabass was overcooked and the sauce dubious; the dish wasn’t very warm served in a cold bowl. The triple cooked chips were soggy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
