What a lovely time we had here, the service was impeccable but I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to tip the servers via card transaction, in the year 2024 it’s a bit of a disservice to hard working staff that they could lose out on tips due to no mechanism for tipping via this method, would be good to see this implemented.

The food was very good but the lights in the bathroom werent working it was dark apart from that we enjoy it

Really enjoyed our meal yesterday. Had the hot smoked salmon salad and it was lovely, plus had the stewed rhubarb and passion fruit Eton mess which was amazing - who thought of that combo?! Service was warm and friendly. Only slight let down was the state of the toilets - no loo roll, mouldy soap dispenser and wallpaper hanging off wall on way down stairs.

Great food, fantastic value for money. The pork, cranberry and brie sausage roll - beautiful. Nice sized portion -maybe didn't need the salad. Rhubarb and passion fruit Eton mess - one of the best every desserts.

This is a great place. Whimsical and fun. Outside area and the inside is all about bringing the outside in. Food is terrific and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We booked a table for 6 people, 6.30pm on a Saturday evening and when we arrived had to wait only a few minutes for the table, sat down not given menus and when she came for the drinks order, asked did we want food err well yes. Ordered drinks but no Pinot or Merlot. We chose food asked for 2 fish and chips and then told at that point they'd run out of fish. Why not tell us that when we were given menus. So we had to quickly choose alternatives. One main was cold and had to be sent back. We decided not to have desserts. Having said all that the staff were nice, but totally overwhelmed with it being very busy, the food was ok. Wouldn't probably have it as a first choice of place to eat for a celebration again.

Loved our visit to The Giddy Goose in Perth, our food was fantastic and the portion sizes were decent. We did choose a Blue Lagoon pitcher which wasn’t great as there was no flavour but a bitter after taste, but the place isn’t to blame for our choice of drinks. The place was a great choice, the ambiance was great. Only fault was the wonky tables, but everything else more than made up for that. The staff were more than attentive, made sure we were more than made to feel welcome and accommodated. Will definitely be back.
