Today the food was excellent as always. However, the service was slow and painful. Main course 40 minutes to come and sweets 20 … we even had to ask could we order desserts Something was wrong today as not normal quick service

Booked Sunday lunch for two. Ordered lamb and beef. Food was on the table in five minutes and was delicious. Good selection of veg and meat cooked perfectly. Good value for money, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Lovely decor and staff friendly. Booked for the 4 meat Sunday roast. No lamb and no pork so had to have the beef roast. Nice presentation but missing items (Yorkshire pudding etc.) and when asked was informed they had run out. No discount or anything extra provided. Music was way too loud and had to shout at each other to be heard. Would have a drink there but wouldn’t book the Sunday roast if they can’t provide what is on the menu or just leave items off your plate without telling you first.

Amazing food , summertime dinners out on the seating area of the restaurant pub , great atmosphere with lots of food options for everyone and a nice pub and staff that are friendly and welcoming to all, enjoy😋👍

Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly staff. When we were given the menu, we noticed that it was different to what we had seen on the website. We queried this and were told that the food we wanted was on the Monday to Friday menu. Maybe we both had missed this. To be fair, the staff did ask the chef, but we had to choose from the weekend menu. The food was really nice, and we all had no issues with it. The staff were attenuative, but not in your face. Will definitely return and recommend.
