   Knew we had limited time so it was sad no-one came to see us within the first half hour to see if we wanted to order which meant that we felt a little rushed at the end of the meal. Despite that the food and drinks were well priced, the service was just right and we will go back again!

   Table was half an hour late. Welcome was a little frosty to begin with. Food and subsequent service excellent. I would recommend but waiting for our booked table for half an hour was poor.

   We have been to the restaurant on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed, however on this occasion the waiter who took our order was quite rude and not very attempts which we were very surprised at. I ordered a gin and tonic and it took more than 15mins to get to me and when we asked he kept saying it’s coming but was very rude when he brought it over and when he took our order. The other staff were lovely and appreciate that. Overall the food is of great standard and we thoroughly enjoyed

   Excellent service and beautiful food as always from Granary Brasserie. My favourite place in the area for a meal, and reasonably priced for the high end quality of their service and food. Booking is essential here as gets busy in evenings and weekends.

   My reservation was not honoured. On arrival we were told our table was not ready and asked to sit outside while it was prepared. On 3 occasions over the next 45 minutes we asked staff whether it was ready. Each time they said they would check but never came back. After 50 minutes we gave up. They then had the cheek to add service to cocktails we had ordered while waiting. This also despite my companion’s cocktail arriving 15 minutes after mine, despite having been ordered at the same time. Do not rely on a reservation at this restaurant.

    The staff were excellent, extremely busy but nothing rattled them , friendly and really positive waiting staff. Cheese and walnut soufflé was simply delicious

    Lovely meal - drinks took too long to come and when re ordered to go with main meal also didn’t arrive till we were at least half way through . Food was delicious ! Hot and very tasty - not o wr priced at all for London would highly recommend. Also great buzzy atmosphere

    The Hostess on the door was extremely rude which put a dampner on the Brunch which is a shame. She should not be in hospitality let alone on the front door. I was with great friends so we had a nice time. The food was lovely as were the other staff.

    The service was fantastic! We found this place by accident and so glad we did! The portion sizes were brilliant and we ended up feeling full. The fish and chips were so tasty! I had a non alcoholic elderflower drink which was very refreshing. The staff were very attentive and the we didn’t have to wait long for the food at all, even though the restaurant was packed!

    The service etc was exceptional, staff are amazing. However I am allergic to wheat and struggle with dairy, not much choice, so ended up with a burger on 'toast' and a few lettuce leaves as they couldn't even rustle up a tomato salad. However, the salad dressing was good! But overall, the food nothing special for me. I would still recommend, but not for those with dietary issues.

    After waiting for half an hour we had to ask for someone to take our order. The waitress was sullen and not at all friendly, however the food was very good. We again had to ask for a desert menu and after another wait for fifteen minutes we decided to give up and requested the bill and asked for the 13.5% service charge to be removed from the invoice. We noticed that there were many members of staff ‘scurrying’ back and forth but none of them made any eye contact with customers, if they had they would have seen that we needed attention. Even though a member of staff knew it was my birthday no attempt was made to make me feel special.

    We had a lovely dinner here. A group of 4, each of us had a different mains and every dish was excellent. We particularly loved the zucchini fries! Excellent service, lovely ambiance, terrific food -- and a fabulous bar. Five stars all around.

    Not one of the best nights we have had better evenings at Granary Square. We asked to be moved due to the noise coming from one of the other tables which was fine, but once we were at our new table we didnt get any service? Having to wait 20 minutes for a drink was no fun! Neighbouring tables had money off their bills due to the noise, but we didn’t get offered this?? Hoping that was just a one off bad evening, as the food is great!!

    Too crammed, that is the only thing I would have changed. Once sat, we could not move a leg, overall it felt too crammed, waiters passing the food over people's heads etc.

    Great experience entering, really swift at seating us and taking our order…but it somewhat went downhill after that. Numerous members of staff came to check on us with our food - there appeared to be no one waiter/waitress responsible for our table. We sat for 10 minutes before our plates were cleared, and then asked three times for the bill before it eventually arrived.

    This was my second visit to The Granary Square Brasserie and I was not disappointed. The cocktails were heavenly and the food was amazing. The staff were really friendly and approachable. It’s not cheap to eat here, but the general ambiance makes it worth paying the extra. All in all, I had a lovely day out with lots of great memories. I will definitely come back.
