It was frustrating that our reservation was accepted but when we arrived at the restaurant the hostess let us know that they were not acknowledging the online reservations. I then had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Service was great and the food was okay, not the best.
horrible, management verbally attacked me after i asked a simple question of why i could make a reservation for 6 but not sit as 6 at the establishment. i was called a bad teacher, mother and the manager has gotten in my face

This was our first time at this location and overall our visit was very nice. Food was prepared the way we requested but I can say for the cost of starters and meals you get very minimal amounts compared to other restaurants. We were a party of 5 and ordered 2 starters to share, the pretzels and cheese quesadillas, but there wasn't enough for everyone as there were only four pretzel sticks and four small quesadillas which had more tortilla then filling. We are used to starters/appetizers that one platter can serve everyone if need be so this was disappointing for the price. As for our main meals the side of fries were served in a small size cup, all I can say is I get more fries at a fast food place for less money. I am not sure if the pandemic has anything to do with the portion sizes as I have been to other locations in the past and portions were not so skimpy. Not sure if I will return to this location but everyone's opinions are different. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, drinks were made well and the restaurant seemed clean and well kept. I do recommend Green Turtle as it was a nice place to dine and not crowded.
Good food, great and quick service. Their crab dip is amazing!
We both had the crab sandwich which was very good. Big chunks of crab with no filler.
A glass of wine was way overpriced. Because of that, I will not be returning.
Early dinner on a weekday. Attentive service. Enjoyed the Crab Melt with fries. Hubby had the Cranberry Apple Salad with grilled chicken and Basalmic Dressing. Both were very good with iced tea.
Even with the Open Table reservation, the hostess station was unable to seat us in a booth. We were offered a "half booth" (long shared bench seat and 2 chairs) and declined, stating we would wait for a real booth. They took all my information on a clipboard (acted like they had no access to Open Table info), told us to wait in our car. They called 20 minutes later, saying your booth is ready. We re-entered and were taken to the same half-booth we declined 25 minutes earlier. No offense, but it was right in the open path to the bathrooms, and on a previous visit to this location, we sat in this same seat and watched a diaper being changed on the half-booth bench right next to us. We left without eating there, first time I ever left a restaurant in my life. And we are "Mug Club" members from opening day here.
The food was great. Our waiter was attentive, but not overbearing!!
Although the server was polite, the service wasn’t that great. The food we ordered wasn’t delivered as requested, there was no dinnerware/napkins on the table and in order to ask for it we had to wait 5-10 mins after our food was delivered just to get them because the server was inattentive to our table. There was also 2 very bright and obnoxious spot lights pointing right into our eyes above us that we asked to have dimmed, but nothing was done.
The rockfish tacos were wonderful. Large piece of fish. Nice and flakey with wonderful seasonings. I’ll be back.
Awful service! Excellent food! Dinner took almost 2 1/2 hours and the restaurant was very slow. We had to clear our own table several times. And had to constantly ask for refills...like...had to go find the waiter to ask for refills. There was a hair on our food. And something floating in my water. First time there and Not a good experience!
