This was the worst experience ever. We had a 6:30 reservation which we arrived early for. We ordered drinks, got them and then ordered an appetizer and our dinner. 40 minutes later we had nothing. After 30 minutes our server stopped by and apologized saying kitchen was backed up and it could be 10 minutes more. Not sure if that was for appetizer, dinner, or both. She never came back. We saw her talking to someone - we assume a
Manager. They both looked in our direction, but separated and went in two directions. We were watching others get food, so we believe our server did not put in our order in a timely fashion. After we saw our server leave the floor again and not stop by, we left.
We had recent two poor service at the Newark location, but did well at Middletown. Now that we have had a bad experience at Middletown, that is three of our last four visits to Greene Turtle. We love the food, but the service and / or kitchen are the worst. Not really sure we will ever be back.

Our waiter I believe his name was Jason was excellent! Dined outdoors, food was good. Location very convenient when staying at Hampton Inn because you can walk there.

Service was nice but happy hour prices were not honored.
Everything was delicious, especially the crab dip! The only disappointment was the small portion of yummy calamari for the price.

Went there for Father's Day.
My husband ordered the cheesesteak with tater tots. He said the cheesesteak wasn't the best and totally not worth the $11.99. You also do not get a whole lot of tater tots.
I ordered the Smoky BBQ pulled pork grilled cheese with tater tots. That sandwich was very delicious and I highly recommend. $11.99 for mine. But again not enough tater tots.
My children got the Mac N Cheese with apple slices and choc milk (they both loved it)
My husband had a beer & I a Sierra Mist.
Our total before tip was like $44.
For about the same price we could've went to Red Robin, much better food and would've been full afterwards due to their abundance of fries.

Overall, everything was great. I didn't love the Blackend Chicken Cesar wrap, but that is a just a personal preference. Everything else was outstanding, especially the Old Bay Wings (bone-in). We will definitely go back!
