About The High Field
A spacious white town house designed nearly a century ago by a famous local architect is being renovated and extended to make an exciting new destination right in the heart of Edgbaston village.
Facing Simpson's, with two patios to catch the sun at all times, and a private leafy garden hidden behind, The High Field will have a buzzing bar, a smart eatery overlooking the gardens and a light contemporary orangery. Upstairs we are creating a flexible space for entertaining and business conferences.

The High Field Ratings and Reviews
Have visited several time since finding the gem on Tripadvisor. Would definitely recommend it. Always a good menu and drinks selection and the great vibe. Lovely outdoor area and nice little BBQ set up when the weather is fine.
Sunday lunches are a must, also.
The place has a lovely inviting and warm atmosphere. The staff were attentive, very helpful and friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. The bill at the end of the evening represented excellent value for money. We enjoyed our visit immensely and will definitely return.
Very enjoyable. Have been here 3 times and particularly like the Sunday roasts available all day. Both family and friends agree they have enjoyed their food although last visit they had run out of olives!! Other than that I have no reservations about returning and certainly would recommend it to anyone.
I have visited The Highfield on a number of occasions since it has opened and have yet to be disappointed. There is a great ambience both in the bar and the dining area which are well decorated with a modern, contemporary and comfortable style. The staff are efficient and friendly and the food tastes great and there is a good choice. On this occasion I took some friends out for a meal - they had never been to The Highfield and they were really impressed and are intending to go again.
had Sunday lunch before cricket at warwickshire ccc, just 4 or 5 minutes away on thr no1 bus.my wife had the beef sunday roast and was offered extra roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding and said it was very good,i opted for the pan fried mackerel which was a little bit tough but not worth whingeing about.all in all a very nice pub/restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area.staff were very nice especially Gayle
