   For the second time on visiting the Howgait I was informed that quite a few items shown on menu were unavailable... Of my party of 4, 3 had to choose other dishes and the presentation of the meals left a lot to be desired.... to get a wrap served on a plate accompanied by a few chips on their own, for the price charged, was very poor quality. Also I found the cost of the drinks to be expensive ... two medium wines, one pint of Guinness and a pint of Madri well over £20.00 , in my opinion and is far too expensive. To say I was disappointed in my visit would be putting it mildly. The only saving grace was that the staff were very hard working and pleasant to deal with.

   We cannot Fault the food as it was lovely but we waited an hour and a half for our dinner even though we had booked a table. There were 3 meals that we wanted but they didn’t have these so we choose something else instead, overall the food was lovely and we would go back, great value for money but just hope we get dinner quicker the next time.
