   We pre booked just so we had somewhere to eat. Easy to book - table was ready when we arrived. Excellent service from all the staff. Food was very good with large portions. The only thing we would have like would have been more vegan choices. But I would definitely recommend and would happily go back.

   The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the place was very clean and well presented, the food was very tasty and portion size was generous, will certainly use The Inn on our future trips.

   This is a great place to eat. My friend and I are vegetarian and it was lovely to get a separate vegetarian menu with lots of choice. We had a selection of starters. They were all delicious. The baked camembert with pear chutney was fantastic! We'll certainly be eating here again.

   Easy booking experience, great food reasonable price. Staff friendly and attentive. Gluten Free choice is outstanding, being Ceoliac it’s definite a great choice for me.

   Lovely place to eat, the food was good but disappointed that they did not have enough steak and ale pie especially as it was early in the evening. Excellent range of beers. Service was a little slow but we enjoyed the meal we had.

    We made a last minute booking to go to The Inn at Cheltenham Parade on Saturday as we were in Harrogate and had heard good reviews about the food and service. Our booking was for 7:30pm. On arrival, after waiting a few minutes, I told the barman we had a table booked. He proceeded to call his colleague over who showed us to our table and gave us some menus. We waited a further fifteen minutes before the waitress came across to ask if we would like to order any drinks. As we had been waiting so long we gave our food order at the same time. The drinks were served, eventually, but we then sat there for a further 40 minutes before the food came out. I had to remind the waitress I had ordered a side order of chips. That took a further five minutes and instead of the chunky chips I had ordered, I was given a bowl of skinny fries. Rather than send them back and wait however long we ate them. When we had finished the main course we asked to look at the dessert menu. As this was not forthcoming, after a further 20 minutes, we finished our drinks and asked for the bill. In addition to all this there were two gentlemen on the next table to us who had been waiting over an hour to be served there main course. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
