Eaten here on three occasions with 4 people for a pre Christmas meet up. Our first year was truly amazing, top quality service, top quality food, a real wow experience and probably THE place to eat in Brighton. Last year was equally enjoyable although we did not notice the menu had changed. This year was unfortunately different. Front of house being shambollic. We wrrived 10 minutes before our table was ready and we're asked to wait at the bar. Normal practice for a busy restaurant, except it was half empty. We were in Christmas spirit and ordered some cocktails. No sooner than we ordered them, FOH arrived and asked us to move to our table. We requested to sit and enjoy and drinks at the bar that we had ordered and move to the table after. We finished our drinks within 10 minutes and I went to front desk to ask for our table. After another 5 minutes I went back again. When we were taken to our table and it had the drinks from other diners sitting there. After two different waiting staff questioning this they were finally removed. Our waiter was friendly and food excellent. I had to ask 4 times to have a glass of ice on the table. Overall we were so disappointed. A place that had been so special and a treat to visit, no longer felt that way. We also noted that the restaurant was half empty in comparison to a few years ago. Unless they improve the service we will not be going back.

The service was disappointingly slow, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t busy. The snacks and starters were served before our drinks, which felt disorganized.

Food good. Service reasonably fair. That’s all, no wow factor at all. First visit, not longing to return!

The dragon lunch menu is great value for money The starters are large portions and very well presented The mains are big enough to fill you up and come with plenty of rice and veg The service was attentive but not overbearing and the restaurant is beautifully decorated

Our first visit with a couple of friends. The amazing decor and ambience hits you as soon as you enter. All staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient. We ate from the £19.99 lunch set menu which was really great value with generous portions of delicious Asian cuisine. Definitely a must do dining experience!

Had a brilliant lunch celebrating a friend’s birthday. Staff were lovely, particularly Laura. We will be back next month for my birthday. I thought the food prices very reasonable, wine lovely but a bit expensive.

Stunning decor, good acoustics and lighting, cool but attentive service. Beers reasonably priced and tasty food. At only an extra £5 each, the extravagant desserts were a steal. My only disappointment was the choice and cost of wine by the glass. I would have expected a glass of Riesling to be available, given how well that matches with Asian food. Also £16 for a small glass of Kiwi Sauvignon doesn't leave such a nice taste..... Otherwise a great experience.
