   We went for the afternoon tea at the Ivy Asia. The food was nice, but you essentially receive one afternoon tea shared between two people. The afternoon tea itself is essentially a dim sum/sushi 'starter' portion. The desserts are the star of the show, however the meal is overpriced and would recommend that you go for a meal there instead.

   1st time at Ivy Asia St Paul’s. The restaurant is beautiful, and although the restaurant was much busier than expected our waiter Claudio was attentive and courteous, he explained the menu and made us feel very special.

   Lovely afternoon tea - not too expensive, with one of the best views in London overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral Attentive service & not rushed off table Fantastic cocktails too!

   Amazing food, decor, ambiance and service. We had the afternoon tea, would thoroughly recommend. Next time we will try from the menu. There will absolutely be a next time !

   This was a bittersweet experience. I booked the restaurant as it was my husband's 50th birthday. The ambience, decor and view of St Paul's was amazing and we had a table by the window. The food was really wonderful and the service was efficient. However, the whole experience was impersonal. There was no warmth or friendliness, not a single member of staff smiled. There was not even an acknowledgement of my husband's birthday. A candle in a mochi and a "happy birthday" would have been enough. Such a shame though, I felt really bad for my husband as I wanted to make it a special day for him. I would recommend this place for a business lunch, but not a special occasion.

    Went to Ivy Asia to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Starting off with the positives, the food was great and served to us very quickly! Unfortunately, this was the only positive from our night. There were quite a few issues we faced throughout our dinner. First, the staff was very slow in terms of coming to take orders. We frequently saw waiters gathering around their tills and chatting rather than coming to our tables to take our orders. Second, I asked twice for a birthday dessert to be brought out for my friend, but instead of bringing that along with another dessert we had ordered, it was brought much later. Thirdly, we waited ages for the bill, to the point where we had to get up and go to the till to pay. And lastly, my friend had to pick up her coat from the cloakroom and was rudely told by the host to stand right in front of the sliding doors of the restaurant whilst it was freezing outside. Overall, quite an unexpectedly disappointing experience.
