    The decor and the food are definitely worth the visit. The staff are friendly and attentive. The only disappointment was that on our booking we put that it was a birthday celebration and no one acknowledged this at all. Not a big deal, but not great in helping to make the occasion feel special. The afternoon tea was very special and is excellent value. Music was a little loud to talk over. Overall a very good visit.

    The food and service were top notch and beautifully presented! The music was very loud with an over-energetic and constant base beat. Very hard to hear my dinner partner. Not a relaxing vibe for dinner; I would not return.

    I would highly recommend the Ivy Asia. If you are looking for something different. We had the set menu. There was so much food and it was fantastic. There is also an extensive wine list catering for all tastes.

    We went for a nice dinner with friends, and a couple of my colleagues who where also at the restaurant at the same time. However we ended up waiting 15 minutes for someone to approach our table and had to ask for service and the waiter only seemed to care about us after we had told them we worked under the same company. Then our friends who were sat at another table also didn’t get approached for a very long time and there drinks did not get ordered. Then on top of that shortly into their meal the runner came and pushed his tray into the things on the station with no care at all. This caused a bottle of boiling hot hot water to fall onto his back and burn him, meaning they had to leave early and head straight to A&E. I will not be going back again and neither will they. TRAINING IS NEEDED ASAP!!
