   Food was amazing. Would have been nice to be reminded of the time, as was thrown off the table 10 minutes before the 2 hour slot ended. Was not ‘allowed’ to order desert and would not accommodate us elsewhere or at the bar. In future a gentle push over mains beforehand or a reminder of the time would be nice so that we could have fitted in a desert.

   Most Beautiful location and stunning restaurant. It's what you pay mostly for. The food and in particular the afternoon tea were glorious. The huge letdown was the service! I was simply appalled by how terrible the service was. Our waiter was put out by taking our order. He was rude, he was in helpful and unfriendly! I was so disappointed how he treated my guests! Our bill was over £500, I expected to be treated better. Order a congratulations cake, never arrived and we left as we were being told our time was up!!!

    The Staff were very accommodating & as it was my Wife 50th Birthday switched us to a corner table with a great view of St Pauls Cathedral. The food was amazing ! and the overall experience was fantastic.

    Not the biggest fan of sushi and fish that’s why personally didn’t give 5/5 but if you like it then DEFO 5/5. The vibe and interior of the restaurant is very nice, and looks very good. it is cooked and presented really nice and the quality of the food is very good too.

    It's a lovely restaurant, and I've now been 4 times in two months, including your Mayfair restaurant, but it is simply too noisy. I have taken business colleagues each time and it's too difficult to talk. I've no idea why there is a DJ there. It's not a disco/club. Background music would be far better. I'm not sure if I'll keep coming if the noise issue isn't dealt with. Best wishes, Gavin

    We had fantastic staff that couldn’t be more helpful. My daughter has allergy to gluten he approached my daughter and gave her the correct information and guidance on what food she would be able to eat. We had a wonderful experience for my husbands 50th birthday yesterday and would highly recommend this to anyone coming

    My husband and I booked this for our wedding anniversary as a celebration treat. A treat it was!!! It was hard to know what to order, it’s not your usual starter and mains, it’s all mains. It was comfortable seating, not on top of the table next to you, it was very clean and visually amazing! Yes it’s expensive but certainly worth saving for, for a celebration it to tick off the bucket list. Very much enjoyed.

    Dining at the Ivy Asia St Paul’s is an experience to the highest level! Every guest receives a VIP treatment. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our table attendant Antonio R is very kind, friendly, approachable, and very professional. It’s like you have your own butler when dining. The ambience is magnificent. It is one of a kind. The food is super delicious and the presentation is to the highest level. We had lunch to celebrate our surprise birthday celebration of my brother and it was an experience we will never forget. The dining experience is great! We will definitely go back over and over and take our family and friends. It is very worth to dine at the Ivy Asia St Paul’s. A bit of advice: make sure you pre-book your table to ensure that you have a wonderful dining experience that you’ll treasure forever. I love the Ivy Asia St Paul’s.

    As always the atmosphere and the food is fabulous. Had a guest from Australia who loves it. One tiny disappointment was the change in “stolen from Ivy Asia” trinkets not available. This was a lovely touch last time, but not this time.

    The food was very good, couldn’t fault it. Although one of our side dishes was wrong and despite pointing this out a few times it was not rectified. The issue was with the whole experience. We were served water very quickly, but then left for a while. Next time we were asked for our order. We asked to order some drinks. Our drinks order was taken but we were encouraged to order food if we are ready. We did this. The first dishes turned up within 2 minutes. We didn’t get our drinks for 5 minutes. The overall experience felt like going to Wagamama with better food.

    Food was standard compared to price. Very strict on timings of table time and was basically told to leave after 2 hours despite in the middle of eating dessert. Wouldn’t go again better off at local Chinese take away. To be gair ambeience and server was good and thats what you paying for. Management rude.

    Stunning restaurant, beautiful view. We did wait a while to be seated and it was quite a while after that before a waiter came to take our order. We had afternoon tea and my preference would have been more savoury as the desserts were incredibly rich. I would come again and try a different menu and I’d recommend it.

    Food was good. The pork main was particularly good and the soft shell crab. Disappointing compared to when we visited last year. Service was not amazing. Waiting 20 mins for drink and not much attention. Little details had disappeared. I decided not to pay the optional service charge on my card and then got asked by the manager. Another issue is service is optional. When it is good you pay. When it’s average or below when the extra tax? Wages in this industry are higher than they used to be. Why not charge more? Rather than be charged 12.5% if you decided to have another drink which you wait ages for??? The industry needs to rethink this charge surely as less members of staff are on.

    We had a mixed experience at the Ivy St Paul. The food was excellent, our Spanish waiter was attentive and friendly. However, the hostess on the other side did not made us feel welcome and kept telling us to wait for our table with little explanation, even though we had somebody with mobility issues in our party and they were seating people with bookings at a later time than us. The ambience wasn't for me either, full of posers only interesting in taking selfies, a few photos is always OK the table next to us took over 50 selfies with blinding flashes! The music was way too loud, more appropriate for a nightclub instead of a restaurant. It wasn't a relaxing experience, I guess I am more into a pure restaurant and food experience.

    This was a birthday treat, belated of course, and it was fabulous. We ate early after a matiness. Our waitress was charming and very helpful - attentive without being all over us. The food was outstanding - the crispy duck salad was so full of flavour and delicious - one of the loveliest dishes I have eaten for a long time so fresh and lovely - but all the dishes were lovely. The ambience was beautiful - The Ivy Group really have got their decor right. THere was an issue with another diner who was shouting and making a fuss - I don't know why but it was swiftly and efficiently dealt with. Fabulous experience
