On the second floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, Manchester is Ivy Asia. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Our menu takes you on a journey through Asia where you can enjoy sushi & sashimi, small dishes such as prawn tempura, and large dishes including the likes of slow-cooked pork belly and avocado crispy tofu. All our meals are the perfect match for our theatrical drinks and cocktails.

    Situated on the second floor, The Geisha Room at Ivy Asia accommodates 18 guests on one long table or 20 guests across two rounds of 10. The private room features a striking pink onyx bar, sumptuous furnishings, colourful Asian-inspired fabrics and a gold leaf ceiling, all set against breath-taking artwork in floor to ceiling mirrors. As with Ivy Asia restaurant and bar, The Geisha Room offers Asian-inspired cocktails alongside dishes such as Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, salmon fillet teriyaki, and avocado, crispy tofu, lime and ginger dressing.

    Amazing interior and amazing food but it took a long time until we got our food, but the waiter offered us complementary desserts because of the wait which was very nice

    First impressions- very nice looking restaurant and smart, helpful staff. However, the drinks are outrageously expensive and the food was extremely poor.

    Our waiter Patrick was extremely attentive, helpful with the menus with it being our first visit, and very efficient. Food was incredible, the various range of meats, vegetables, sides and the presentation of the food itself was lovely! I attended for my birthday with my partner and Patrick went to the extreme of a lovely birthday pudding, and even singing happy birthday too. Would definitely recommend and return the next time we visit Manchester to try the rest of the menu!

    It was our first visit to Ivy Asia, we had a voucher that we had received for our birthdays. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left .. we couldn’t fault a thing ! The decor is beautiful and the ladies washrooms were amazing . Our waitress was delightful, helpful and efficient. The food was outstanding, I especially enjoyed my chickpea and sweet potato curry and not vegetarian. The ambience was just right. I think we thought we might feel out of place but everyone fits, you’re made to feel very welcome. It is expensive, but worth every penny . You know the Ivy won’t be cheap , it’s a very special treat from start to finish . We would definitely visit again for a special occasion.

    Food - delicious Service - very friendly, helpful Ambiance- amazing decor, relaxed I’ve been several times and it’s alway fantastic and an experience in itself just to see the decor. Throughly recommend!

    The Ivy Asia has fabulous decor. Our waitress was knowledgable and helped us navigate through the menu. Sarah was funny and was also kind enough to bring us a little celebratory chocolate brownie after our meal. Food was a good quality mix of asian fusion. I would highly recommend the restaurant for its exemplary ambience and service.
