    Lunch for family Ruby wedding anniversary. Food was very good, service was a little slow but we weren’t in a hurry so it was fine. We had a late lunch so had a staff change which may have been the cause. Lovely setting for lunch, nice drinks & a special place.

    No matter how many times we’ve been to The Ivy it remains a treat. Such ambience. Food excellent. Service just right. Would have been 5 stars throughout but the lady next to us never stopped coughing.

    I’ve eaten at many of the Ivy restaurants & I was lunching with clients. The service was extremely slow that my clients almost missed their visit to the Roman Baths. I have never experienced such slow service.

    Stated it was a birthday when booking online and got no recognition once there. We were left at the bar for a long time only to find that they had given our table to another booking. Then we asked for two items to be omitted, which was ignored, and so couldn’t enjoy our food as we had hoped. Steak was also sadly overcooked. Overall for the price we paid we left disappointed, as it was a birthday and we expected better from the ivy.

    It was a lovely experience. The food was gorgeous, we had the scallops to start, followed by a Korean Chicken and a Chicken Milanese. Highly recommend the truffle and Parmesan chips as a side. Everything felt nicely decadent! Will definitely go again.

    Booked to take My husband for his birthday unfortunately, I wish I had chosen somewhere else. The service was poor the food quality was poor I have no idea what we were paying for. Over priced for poor quality food is so disappointing. Ordered the steak which was very fatty- not edible. Another steak was brought to us but this tasted equally poor. Probably once was a good restaurant with good service and food but now not even mediocre. Would not recommend or go again.

    We had the Champagne cream tea, a present from our son. We enjoyed everything everything presented with this tea. The staff were all lovey, professional and very helpful. We would definitely come again either for lunch or an afternoon tea.

    Quite a wait for initial drink service and then an over long time for refreshing the drinks. Staff need to watch the glasses and offer re supplies not wait until asked and then take a while and then some to get fresh drinks. The bar service needs to be more responsive. Aside from the service I will return. The food is reliable and of good quality and the ambience makes it! Love the art work.

    My daughter and I went to The Ivy during Wimbledon Tennis week. The white chocolate dessert shaped as a tennis ball, was stunning to look at and even better to eat. The thought and work that must have gone into that dessert was inspiring. A fabulous way to end the meal.
