We had an amazing experience at the Ivy, the food was amazing and the staff were so helpful
Birthday and Christmas
We had a lovely lunch for six people, although it was busy our waiter was brilliant and always on hand, food was delicious and good value. Plenty to choose from on the menu. We will be back!
Fantastic early lunch! Staff went above and beyond to help out a members of our party. The food was excellent, cocktails superb.
Great way to start Christmas! Thanks.
Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and lovely surroundings.
Service very poor when we ordered a second drink. Hard to find someone to take the order & when it came it was the wrong order.
Beware of service charge though can be expensive we were shocked
Lovely decor, nice tableware, interesting menu, small portions good service.
We ordered the set menu, the food was excellent and good value for money. The restaurant was fairly loud but bearable. The service was great, attentive without being a nuisance. Would definitely go again.
Very enjoyable evening. Excellent attention for all members of staff despite being very busy. Well done.
Restaurant was extremely busy but having said that, had to ask to order our food and service was quite slow. My butternut squash portion was very small and not value for Money.
I was dining with my friend and her daughter. They come to Bath every year at around this time.
I have eaten at The Ivy for lunch on a few occasions but this was my first time being there in the evening.
We received a pleasant greeting and had a very good table. The service was very good and the staff were helpful. The meal was of a very good standard The pace of service was ideal and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
I’ve never had a bad experience at an Ivy Cafe until my visit to Bath. Despite booking we were kept waiting 30 minutes for our table. The sole meunière was overcooked and mushy. Very disappointing.
Absolutely amazing food, wine, service and ambience!!
Love the Ivy
Best service in The Ivy for some time and great food.
We booked a week ahead thankfully as they were turning away walk-ins. Seated promptly service was great, food excellent, not cheap but enjoyed thoroughly and would definitely return
Stayed overnight in Bath for Christmas shopping, first time at The Ivy, lovely place
Too many young screaming children and no member of staff bothered to take charge and handle this noisy situation. Not what my fellow diners, which were visiting Bath for the day, lexpected from this Ivy restaurant
We enjoyed our lunch and the opportunity to sit down leisurely without felling hurried. Good service and enjoyable atmosphere, not too noisy and food good.
Lovely lunch for four ladies on shopping day. Great food and service. Will definitely book again!
Outstanding quality food, full of flavour, at very reasonable prices. Enjoyed a seasonal cocktail. Service was excellent, and the place has a wonderful ambiance. The artwork all around is fascinating. We always come here for lunch when shopping in Bath.
Fabulous vegan food and great service
Excellent restaurant with amazing staff and food. Would definitely go again. Loved the decor too!
Lovely premises as usual. Polite and professional staff. Food good , even if not exceptional. Expensive, esp drinks, and then they add 12.5%!!! Insult to injury.
Had a very pleasant evening - the Bar staff were extremely welcoming and informative even though they were very busy. Our waiter was attentive and friendly.
The food, the service and the atmosphere was all fantastic had a really lovely time
Fantastic Lunch, Great Service, Lovely Decor would definitely recommend, even if you just fancy sitting on a stool by the bar
Was amazing lovely and festive had a fab meal service was great
Faultless!. The food and ambiance was brilliant. The staff were all very professional and attentive. We had a lovely lunch and were very impressed. Thank you
We had a very good evening in Ivy. Giuseppe by who we been served made it unforgettable . Celebrated my birthday and food with drinks were so delicious !
Amazing food and service as normal . Favourite place in bath to eat
Lovely time although the wait between starters and main was a bit of a long wait. But a lovely time.
Disappointed that almost throughout our meal we had a very young baby crying (more than likely bored).
Other than that a truly superb meal and excellent service.
Yes we would like to use the Ivy again.
I was greeted with an exceptional friendly welcome when I arrived for the Breakfast Menu .
The food was excellent and the service was absolutely faultless , what a pleasant experience dining here , I will be back .
My auntie birthday
Staff were polite and friendly and they gave my auntie a birthday cake with a candle in to celebrate
Classic restaurant, love ambience, lovely staff. Good menu. Everything you need for an excellent nite out
Treat for a weekend away with my Mum
Arrived early but told we couldn’t come in to sit at the bar as it was full. It didn’t seem to be when we were let in. Told to go away and come back at the time the table was booked for ! Sat at a table at the front which was very draughty. Got a cold blast every time the door opened which was often. Def not cosy. Food was average. A little disappointing to be honest. I’ve had better dining experiences.
We took tea at The Ivy. Their cream teas are exceptionally good value and are served in Bath's joyous and elegant Ivy. Although we booked tea on the first Sunday of Bath's very busy Christmas Market, the staff were attentive but not intrusive, the scones were freshly baked and were flamboyantly served with fresh strawberries! How agreeable!
Service food everything was really lovely, if ever came to bath again would revisit !!
