The overall experience was underwhelming. The food was excellent in way of presentation and taste . At 8pm on a Saturday night to run out of fillet steak also run out of green beans and chocolate fudge for a restaurant of this standing I feel it was really disappointing. The waiters were very good and always attentive. I do not understand the need for a service charge of £87 for our experience and then when we decided to stay for a further round of drinks charge another £8 on a £55 round of drinks . Genuinely think of extortion. David W

Fast friendly service and as it was a Monday not as noisy or busy as weekends which was nice. Food was delicious and good value.

The Ivy is a lovely, interesting and relaxed dining experience. From arrival at the reception, to being accompanied to your seat, to help and advice ordering, the standard and quality of food, the service is fantastic. Great staff, great food, excellent setting. Very worthwhile. Thank you.

Booked for breakfast as I’d seen good reviews and certainly wasn’t disappointed. The food was hot, well presented and tasty. The staff member who looked after us was very friendly , polite and extremely efficient.

Everything was perfect as always and what i liked the most the lady were serving us she was very polite and very friendly and served us with smile every time she was coming to our table
