Fantastic from start to finish. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, despite the restaurant being extremely busy, who were efficient, polite, and could not have been more helpful. Food and drinks were all wonderful. Another flawless Ivy experience. Thank you!

Thank you to the whole team for making a birthday lunch very special for my friend. Great service and fabulous food. From the welcome as we arrived to the excellent service at our upstairs table - it was a super celebration.

We booked for 4pm. Had a lovely meal. We ordered a 2nd bottle of wine and not long after that the server approached and told us we were over time and should have only had the table for 2 hours. We had not been told this. As we left we noted that there were numerous tables empty and no queue of diners at the door. I do understand this if it’s a busy time but this was not and rather feel they were happy to allow us to order 3 courses each and wine but then rushed us. Not the best customer service in this case.

The restaurant was warm and comfortable and the staff were very attentive ! ! Food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait too long to be served! Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Liza Megson
