Great food, perfectly cooked scallops and the black cod was one of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten, and trust me, I've eaten a lot!

Lovely place! The food was amazing and the service was great.

Very pleasant venue. We were welcomed at the reception and shown to our table. Unfortunatley no one offerred to take our coats so we sat with them over the backs of our chairs. Other than that service was excellent and all satff were very pleasant. Decor was stunning and lighting subdued. Toilets were upstairs although there was disabled access downstairs. Pricing was good for the area the restaurant is in. Food was delicious and couldn't be faulted. Thank you. An enjoyable afternoon spent there as it was quiet but this was due to the breaking news regarding Corona Virus.

Lovely venue. Food standards at the now chain are not as good as they used to be.

We had a lovely lunch to celebrate my birthday, the staff even came out with a small cake with a candle on it for me when dessert was served which was a lovely touch.
Food was really lovely, we will return!

A perfect blend of quality without being to over the top.
Fast service which is what you want from a City restaurant, but they don't rush you either.
A good choice on the menu with a high level of quality that you would expect.

60th birthday celebration

We was celebrating 3 Birthdays, the food was amazing and the service was great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Lucky to have a nice quiet table so we could all chat. Service good and food delicious. Would definitely go again.

I think you have a great brand. The restaurant looks amazing so when you walk in you feel you are somewhere special and that you are going to have a good time.
The only critical feedback is the acoustics are tough. It's very, very noisy. Fortunately we were seated on the edge partly in the conservatory and it was a relief that 2 of my guests had to drop out because as a table of four, we were able to hear each other. I don't know what you can do about that. But otherwise thank you. It was really fantastic!

Having booked more than 3 weeks ahead and requesting a conservatory table, to be seated alongside a walkway and service area immediately behind wasn't what I had in mind with a lack of privacy.

Table was far too small for 2 people and being seated on equivalent of garden chairs wasn't the most comfortable.

Main course Monkfish and prawn curry was excellent but desserts were poor and expensive.

Would to have to think twice about going again.

Lovely ambiance for a Saturday night with friends. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Wine was good but very expensive. Make sure you have checked the menu and prices before you go so it isn’t a shock. Not something I could afford to do too often but a lovely place to go for a treat. I would recommend.

Choose the restaurant as it was close to liverpool street station and was easy walking distance, it was busy but service and food were great.

We had lunch to celebrate two birthdays. The service and food were very good. Our waitress was a Spanish lady who had great conversation and was very attentive. Will definitely return

Amazing! The service/attention to detail was top notch. The food and drinks were also amazing! We were visiting for an anniversary and were given a small dessert which was a lovely touch! We all had a fantastic time, such nice decor and feel. It feels like a very special dining experience!

Not bad, but nothing special. Packed restaurant (no apparent pandemic fears) but the food was average this time. The fish and chips was a little under-cooked and not piping hot and the menu perhaps needs a refresh. My fourth visit (and not my last) but not the best one.

I love the sourdough crusty bread and butter here, so delicious. We ordered from the special menu and I had the truffle risotto with scallops and Parmesan foam which was delicious. I had the lemon meringue Alaska for dessert which wasn’t so appetising. There was a table of drunk men close to us who were obnoxious but left an hour after we got in. Good food and a lively restaurant with a large menu so there is something for everyone.

The food was delicious, we all really enjoyed the evening.

We love the round tables with table cloths and comfy chairs, arrived at 2pm left at 11pm!!

Excellent lunch and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Cannot wait to go back!

Quiet at brunch, and coffees could be hotter, but overall a lovely looking restaurant and good food.

went here for a business brunch - great location and setting and we could hear ourselves speak for a change (one of my biggest gripes in London). The brunch menu is good and food was delicious....the only problem was over-service. At 10.30 it is very quiet which is not a problem in itself except in the first 15 minutes we were asked 7 times if we were ready to order, even after we ordered. The waiter's accent was also very hard to understand and he did not appear confident. Shame as in all other respects it's a great spot. I have had much better service experiences here so hopefully it's a blip.

Wonderful service, elegant place and nice breakfast. We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and they surprised us with a tiny cake! It was lovely

My friends and I dined here to celebrate my friends birthday. The restaurant was perfect. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. I got the vegetarian shepard’s pie and I highly recommend. Overall great service and they made the occasion very special!

As expected from the Ivy Chain, good food at reasonable prices and a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere.

We had the most fantastic time here - wasn't sure what to expect but setting and ambience perfect for a girly catch up. The afternoon teas were great value for money (for London especially) and delicious. Cocktails were fab! We had some colleagues with us from Sweden who were both really impressed and enjoyed their British afternoon tea experience. Will definitely be returning, probably to try brunch at the weekend. Thanks again!

We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary over lunch. The welcome, service, food and wine were all excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment.
