Amazing food and service, the steak was cooked to perfection. We’ve already booked to go back!
Lovely evening celebrating my birthday. Staff were very attentive & polite. Service was prompt and we were not rushed. Wonderful food and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
Exceptional service and food. Very good all round, will highly recommend.
Great food for a reasonable price. We were treated exceptionally by the staff. Having previously gone to sketch in London we were impressed that our experience was nearly on par and for a better price. I'll be recommending the brasserie to my friends
It’s a great place to take friends for a treat, which is what we did. Presentation of the food is excellent.
It was our Wedding Anniversary (22 years)
We asked for a table in the Orangery/Garden room and got table 51 it was brilliant.
Alessandro looked after us and did a great job.
Food was excellent, I chose a Sirloin Steak and my wife had the Sea Bass.
Thank you to The Ivy for a fantastic evening.
You won’t regret booking a table at the Ivy! The cocktail menu is great and the food is so delicious, it was a very tough choice! Great atmosphere, smart but very friendly. I will definitely be back!
We were given a gift voucher for dining at The Ivy Brasserie Clifton and the food was very well presented and delicious. The atmosphere is just right and a jazz band playing background music was appreciated. We will be back!
Absolute perfection I've booked the ivy Chelsea garden now for wifes birthday it's such quality and delicious food 10/10
Thank you for our lovely evening.
We came on our 25th wedding anniv. / your 2nd anniv.
My wife picked an envelope and won a meal for two for another occasion.
So, we came for her Birthday on Thursday 11th.
Jazz trio followed by nice background music.
Great ambience, hubub.
Service attentive polite and efficient.
Food was fabulous. The lemon sole to die for.
Value suberb. Lol
Really good service. Only mild criticism would be I asked for Prosecco on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary and it didn’t come until we ordered. Food and service was excellent to be fair.
Great service from the London office reservation team; though I had to ask the waiter three times for some sauce to accompany my meal. Food otherwise good, and we appreciate the additional (tiny) raspberry tarte to commemorate my boyfriend's birthday.
I have made our reservation in advance and called a day before advising the reason we coming for dinner is my fiance birthday. To my suprise there was zero acknowlegement of the special occasion. When advised of that to one of the seniors, was assured I will receive an email with apologies. Nothing received yet. We eat there previously and a I know that they provide a little candle in the dessert to make the dinner a bit more special. However not this time.
Even my request for a quiet table or away from other was completely ignored at confirming reservation. Apart from food, very disappointed with the service and the whole evening spent in the restaurant.
A very pleasant experience to celebrate my 80th birthday and our 53rd wedding anniversary. Our very first afternoon tea!
I was very impressed with our recent visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was excellent. The food was good and we will return again
Excellent flavour and well cooked. Brought as quickly as you would expect. Lovely setting, beautiful building and restaurant. Attentive and kind service staff. The only slight criticism would be portion size and drink size for the price paid but that is as you would expect.
Absolute perfection the building is the best I've been to.service was great food delicious staff very friendly.thinking of going back this week it was so good I'm a sucker for quality and old buildings this place is just outstanding
Loved the restaurant. Went for my daughter's birthday and they treated her very special!
Excellent food, wonderful service
Great location with good food. Perhaps a bit overpriced for what it is but very enjoyable. We would return.
As always, the Ivy experience is consistent and makes for a lovely night. I was early for my reservation and they made sure I was comfortable and well served. The one mistake they made was not to ask if I wanted wine with my courses. While I had one of their hand crafted cocktails at my table, wine is always appropriate and appreciated with each course.
Food was tasty. Not overly priced. Service was slow though.
What a romantic, calm and professional atmosphere! The staff went the extra mile to deliver excellent service. My dairy intolerance was catered for merticulously. I'll be coming back and recommending the restaurant to all!
Very nice venue and brilliant food. Slight issue with a large party at the bar causing quite a bit of noise but once they had gone everything was fine.
Lovely setting and the food was amazing not to mention the delicious gin cocktails! I will definitely be back!
A lovely experience, excellent service, delicious food, well presented in beautiful surroundings. We had the perfect table by the window, looking out onto the patio & all the flowers in full summer bloom.
Difficult start when we had to wait 40 minutes for our table (booked for 8.30 available at 9.10), the hostesses said the manager would come over to us at the bar to offer a drink but that never transpired. Once we finally got to our excellent table we had a nice evening.
Service charge bumps cost up too much and asked if we wanted water and got charged for it
A perfect environment to enjoy a relaxed lunch. The 2/3 course lunch menu offers a reasonably good choice of starters and main dishes at a competitive price. A very discreet service is provided by all staff from the initial welcome to the efficient and courteous table service. We were impressed by the decor and furnishings, and the coordination between the table items. Altogether an enjoyable lunch in an aesthetic setting. We have visited the Ivy on many previous occasions and will be returning soon to try their tempting afternoon tea.
It was our waiters first day, so was unfamiliar with the menu etc. We asked for Pimms he wasn’t sure if it was something they served said he would find out, we waited and had to remind him about the Pimms he said they didn’t have that, he didn’t he even bother to suggest an alternative. We ordered afternoon set menu he asked if we wanted our tea before our food?? Strange question. Also the people on the table next to us having ordered their desserts at the same time as their main course waited an hour for their desserts ended up complaining and leaving. The restaurant was quiet and their were plenty of staff hanging around. The venue is lovely and food was nice. It was for a birthday treat but the experience wasn’t celebratory. Wouldn’t recommend.
The presentation of all our meals was exemplary. The quality of produce outstanding. The staff were polite and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Ivy to celebrate my birthday. Thank you
It’s was my girlfriends birthday and we had an amazing meal! The service was on point and the food was perfect👌🏽 would definitely come back again! They even treated my girlfriend to a birthday surprise...
All staff were very very friendly, they made my visit a great experience and the food was delicious!
Great food. Great service. Beautiful restaurant.
Nice venue for a special meal out.
Only slight moan is that I don’t think much of the added service charge gets back to the staff who cooked the food and waited at table.
I always try to remember the take the service charge off the final bill and leave cash with our waiter.
I will continue to do this until I’m assured by the management that every penny goes to the staff!
This was our first visit to The Ivy and was to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday.
Absolutely everything about the evening was perfect - food, service, atmosphere and comfort were all outstanding
3 courses from the a la carte menu for 4 people with drinks and a bottle of wine was just over £200 which was great value
Would highly recommend
Lovely setting with attentive and friendly staff. Quality of food is lovely and great value for money.
Excellent service. Very good selection of menu dishes. Wine, a little bit overpriced, but a good selection of wines.
Lovely way to spend an afternoon. Lovely company, lovely food.
The food was as good as expected but the service was terrible. It took three waiters and close to 45 minutes to get a simple black coffee.
