We had made a booking in advance which they were running late with we sat and waited 20 minutes started was not very nice and my main my burger was pink raw not worth the price what so ever service was amazing but would never visit again

Service as not attentive at all. Had to ask for extra cutlery and side plates etc. Nobody came over to ask how our food was (fortunately our food was nice) and then they added £12 service charge for afternoon tea 🤯

Cant fault the ivy which ever of their venues ive been in. Lovely decor, beautiful uniforms the staff wear. Lots of care and attention in the service and food, several dishes presented at the table with care by the staff. It was my birthday and they served me a lovelt dessert with a candle discreetly which is a great touch as i dont like a fuss. Id definitely go back.

The Restaurant failed to acknowledge both an 80th birthday and a 50th despite being asked if it was a special occasion. Waitress first day on the job and really felt sorry for her. Couldn't see anyone helping her out. Not great having planned this meal for many months.

Hugely overpriced, overcooked, outdated experience. Surrounded by the noisy and inelegant Harrogate great and good. Served by atypical young, amicable but uninformed waiter/waitresses. Any back street cafe on the continent would have this place on toast, on their bad day. More than a whiff of N.Riche. Would steer clear if you're looking to spend what they charge on fine dining. Coté dressed as lamb.

The Ivy is a fantastic restaurant, the decor and ambiance makes you feel like your in central London. The service is great but obviously can be a little slower on a packed night like a Friday night which is expected and not a problem. The chef's in the kitchen must be frantically run off there feet as they do a amazing job constantly churning out great dishes, so a huge shout out to the kitchen staff. Wine can be a little expensive so just watch that. We was celebrating a birthday and for desert my wife received a chocolate profiterole with a candle which I know they top but it never gets old, a nice touch. All in all a defo restaurant to try you will love it.
