The ambiance is one of kind. Food was excellent and many options to choose from. Service was a little slower than anticipated but great waiter.

From the states so have never been here before, ambiance was great, music was loud but playful. Hostess was very sweet and she was fast to seat us. Table we sat at was wobbly and one of the main servers or suited men said we could move to a different table. The server took a while to get to us and also told us he would be a second. We moved to one across and it was pleasant and little more comfortable as well. He took our orders and served our drinks, the person bringing the drinks totally spilled my drink on the table not all of it but he apologized but still the table had tajin all over it. After the appetizers were good, good temp and everything. We waited for our main courses for over 30-40 mins :( sadly wasn’t asked to get another drink and also was not told until last min that it was taking longer than expected, they served the main courses but my husbands was wrong no bacon in it and he ordered, the chef mentioned dessert or another drink on the house for forgetting which was nice but acceptable. We got dessert and the server gave us a box for it since we could not finish. Overall it wasn’t as great and probably wouldn’t come again maybe if the server paid for attention.

Same standard as West Street in terms of quality. Restaurant decor is lovely. Same great service and ambiance.

Been there for my wife birthday. Good restaurant, nice ambiance, a good hideout in Canary wharf. Really enjoy my meal will be back for sure.

The Ivy chain does not disappoint. I had the £20 (or so),two-course fixed-price lunch menu, with calamari to start and shepherd's pie as the main. Both were excellent. The portions are on the small side if you are a big eater, but they are tasty and well-presented.

Basically, we are not being rude but surely To work in an industry surely the waiter should know the basic’s, ie The Menu what is on the menu firstly we ordered a frozen cocktail, the waiter didn’t speak English and pointed to the one I had asked for to confirm . Secondly my husband ordered fish & chips clearly these were of a frozen range and not the standard you would expect of this establishment, I ordered roast beef, where as the roast potatoes again were not roasted, & went mashy when the gravy was poured on, at least 3 occasions, we requested horseradish, the waiter again didn’t understand, we asked several people for the condiment only to be told it’s on its way guess what no horseradish arrived. Hence my dinner got cold and I failed to eat the soggy potatoes and bland beef. I also ordered a glass of whispering angel wine which turned up 10 mins later during the meal. I went to use the facilities which were disgusting, dirty hence I didn’t use. It’s of no fault the waiter couldn’t give us the service he had no understanding it’s the management that fail to provide service one would expect. Won’t be returning disaster

The Ivy was amazing! I took my partner for his birthday and ordered the breakfast special which was super affordable and good value! The food was great and service was fantastic. They even brought out a birthday plate for him which was lovely.
