Staff very attentive, food great. Just abit pricey. Had Steak but nothing came with it.
Lovely meal at The Ivy in Canary a Wharf. Friendly and efficient service. Delicious food. Cosy and welcoming environment.
It was our first time at the Ivy in Canary Wharf. The venue is beautiful and we had a lovely round sofa facing the square. Food was stunning, delicious and beautifully presented.
I'm a vegan and I really appreciated the separate vegan menu.
The staff was very polite and we hope your Greek manager will have a lovely time back home!!!
We will be back very soon! Can't wait to try more of your food.
I say yes, with the caveat ..... they did not listen to the booking name, they just wanted to get us to a table. The service was seriously ‘off hand’. Two of the three main courses were sent back as they were cold. The starter plates were cleared and immediately the main course arrived - painfully obvious they had been sitting around for some time! They were re-done not just reheated - and second time were delicious. Long wait for desert and the Bill was almost thrown at us.
Needs to be better...
Excellent location in the middle of Canary Wharf with space to dine outside if the weather is good. Beautiful decor inside and a really nice vibe which adds to the overall experience. Food and service were both very good and would definitely recommend a visit.
Lovely food, great service, was nice sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine , had a lovely experience
Decent place if you want somewhere nice to sit outside in the sun and have drinks but the food is really average and the service was really slow. Took us over 30 mins to pay and get out of the place! The portions are small too.
Great atmosphere and decor, unfortunately staff were not very attentive and service was slow. Other than that had a great time
Tasty food, great ambiance and friendly helpful staff
Burger was quite dry. Everything else was perfect. Will return but wont order burger.
The perfect place for a Friday night informal dinner. The service was excellent and menu very hard to choose from! Nothing disappointed and wine was delicious.
We had the best table for 2 and also service was amazing
The Ivy in the Park has great food and superb service. I had afternoon tea there with a friend and the servers were friendly and attentive. The cream tea was delicious. I cannot wait to go back!
Ivy in the Park has the best service and fantastic food. It is perfect for lunch, tea and dinner.
Super - every element of going out was very good indeed. Servers were bubbly, efficient and attentive. The food was as good as expected and the wine very nice. As it was our anniversary they even made a small dessert for us which was beautifully done. Recommended.
Food and service excellent. Only issue was that food was served so quickly after ordering. Especially the mains so soon after starters.
Other complaint was the noise levels caused by external event outside the restaurant.
Will definitely return.
Stunning interiors, the Ivy is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I had a lovely time spending our anniversary breakfast here. Service was top notch too! Can’t wait to come back
Overall a lovely place to eat, enjoyed the atmosphere and our meal even if the rum baba is definitely lacking rum... and the hostess, waiter/waitress seem down.
The food was amazing made better by the lovely and very helpful waiter
We had a great afternoon at the Ivy in the Park for our fathers day meal.
The atmosphere was great and the staff were extremely accommodating even though we were late.
Nothing was too much to ask.
The only issues we had were that the drinks were very slow to arrive, we received our food first and the portions of the food could be a bigger.
Always great service and lovely food. The atmosphere is great with all the plants and colour- even on a any day! L pelt Fathers Day brunch and helpful staff.
Beautiful restaurant, fantastic food. Will definitely be back.
Quality food at a lovely location with professional and courteous staff.
Very nice food, service was good but bill was a tad more expensive than expected.
Very nice restaurant good location definitely will return lovely decor good for any occasion
We arrived to our table which was cramped for 5 people. It was definitely a table for four with one extra place setting put down. Once we were seated it took ages to have anyone come over to ask us for drinks, which given how early we were eating dinner and how empty it was wasn’t acceptable. The waiter didn’t let us know what had sold out before we all sat down and decided what we wanted, but made a big deal to point out the specials. Drinks took about half an hour to come out despite it being 4 soft drinks and one cocktail. When we went to order we were then told what was sold out which multiple members of the party wanted. The food arrived about an hour and a half after we sat down (no starters ordered). We decided we wanted dessert and as we were eating it a different member of staff came over to say that the table was booked for another booking shortly and we’d have to move within half an hour. We had been there a total of around 3 hours with two courses due to exceptionally slow service. The staff were rude and slow and spent too much time talking to each other and not paying attention to customers. Extremely disappointed as I’ve received fantastic service at the other Ivy’s, but not this one.
very good experience, good food and good for a business meeting! will defo go back again.
We use it in the morning for breakfast and often lunch.
The acoustic is not the greatest- it was really loud and we were having difficulty hearing/understanding each other.
Excellent food, very poor service - extremely slow and poor attitude.
Very happy with the overall experience. Particularly impressed with staff and ambience.
Had a lovely, relaxed breakfast - service very good - attentive without being over-bearing.
Great decor, was a little loud but still a great place
Loved the colourful decor and a very relaxed atmosphere.... Music just right..... can’t wait to visit another Ivy!!
Retirement lunch for my former boss
Although this is published under the name Roy Patten The Booking was made and held in the name Stephen Johnson. Open Table/Ivy in the Park please explain.
Restaurant was very busy and noise levels a bit too high for easy conversation. The food served was of a very good standard - as usual, but levels of service did suffer quite badly. If you are going to put white wine in a cooler then that is great, but you have to be there to serve it when needed by the table, not leaving guests sitting with an empty glass. Red wine we just poured ourselves.
Unfortunately not for the first time our bill was wrong, this time including the cost of another table's wine on top of our own. The sommelier did apologise but said it was because they were busy. Sorry but that is not
a good response for a restaurant that believes itself to be of a higher standard than average. She did not seem concerned by the mistake. So, Very good food, great location, fun ambience, but too noisy and I don't like being overcharged.
Lovely evening with a friend, delicious food and wine
Excellent food & service we will definitely return and I will recommend to friends
We were made to feel very welcome by the waiter.
The menu was varied and reasonably priced bearing in mind the location.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
