Always great service and lovely food. The atmosphere is great with all the plants and colour- even on a any day! L pelt Fathers Day brunch and helpful staff.
Beautiful restaurant, fantastic food. Will definitely be back.
Quality food at a lovely location with professional and courteous staff.
Very nice food, service was good but bill was a tad more expensive than expected.
Very nice restaurant good location definitely will return lovely decor good for any occasion
We arrived to our table which was cramped for 5 people. It was definitely a table for four with one extra place setting put down. Once we were seated it took ages to have anyone come over to ask us for drinks, which given how early we were eating dinner and how empty it was wasn’t acceptable. The waiter didn’t let us know what had sold out before we all sat down and decided what we wanted, but made a big deal to point out the specials. Drinks took about half an hour to come out despite it being 4 soft drinks and one cocktail. When we went to order we were then told what was sold out which multiple members of the party wanted. The food arrived about an hour and a half after we sat down (no starters ordered). We decided we wanted dessert and as we were eating it a different member of staff came over to say that the table was booked for another booking shortly and we’d have to move within half an hour. We had been there a total of around 3 hours with two courses due to exceptionally slow service. The staff were rude and slow and spent too much time talking to each other and not paying attention to customers. Extremely disappointed as I’ve received fantastic service at the other Ivy’s, but not this one.
We use it in the morning for breakfast and often lunch.
The acoustic is not the greatest- it was really loud and we were having difficulty hearing/understanding each other.
Excellent food, very poor service - extremely slow and poor attitude.
Very happy with the overall experience. Particularly impressed with staff and ambience.
Had a lovely, relaxed breakfast - service very good - attentive without being over-bearing.
Great decor, was a little loud but still a great place
Loved the colourful decor and a very relaxed atmosphere.... Music just right..... can’t wait to visit another Ivy!!
Although this is published under the name Roy Patten The Booking was made and held in the name Stephen Johnson. Open Table/Ivy in the Park please explain.
Restaurant was very busy and noise levels a bit too high for easy conversation. The food served was of a very good standard - as usual, but levels of service did suffer quite badly. If you are going to put white wine in a cooler then that is great, but you have to be there to serve it when needed by the table, not leaving guests sitting with an empty glass. Red wine we just poured ourselves.
Unfortunately not for the first time our bill was wrong, this time including the cost of another table's wine on top of our own. The sommelier did apologise but said it was because they were busy. Sorry but that is not
a good response for a restaurant that believes itself to be of a higher standard than average. She did not seem concerned by the mistake. So, Very good food, great location, fun ambience, but too noisy and I don't like being overcharged.
Lovely evening with a friend, delicious food and wine
Excellent food & service we will definitely return and I will recommend to friends
We were made to feel very welcome by the waiter.
The menu was varied and reasonably priced bearing in mind the location.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
Really friendly staff, great venue and food was excellent!
Always a pleasure to dine in the Ivy in Canary Wharf. Food sublime, staff are welcoming and friendly and ensure the perfect level of service never overbearing but there as by magic when you need them
Would definitely recommend a visit and can not wait till I go back
Lovely setting. Good service. Lots of good choices on the menu for main courses. Desserts looked amazing but we didn't have enough room.
Lovely atmosphere and having live music as well was wonderful.
We had a lovely time. Sitting past the stairs couldn’t here the singer
Service was great; food was amazing. Overall great experience!
Beautiful restaurant great service food equivalent to overpriced gastro pub
Most enjoyable first visit, ticked all our boxes. We would definitely return.
I was very excited to be going to the Ivy for a meal on Friday night. From the lady who took my coat to being seated the whole evening was gorgeous. Lovely venue, gorgeous meal and a few gin and tonics made an amazing evening. You should pre book as it was very busy . The staff were very attentive and the meals were delivered in good time. Excellent choice for my friends and I . Would definitely go again and I hope you enjoy your evening if you get to go too.
Food was good, but not the best of the Ivy’s and found some of the staff very rude.
Loved it! staff and food was fantastic, the coctails were amazing, just one small thing, dining as a vegan, only one choice of main, it was lovely but would be even better to have a choice. Same with dessert, be nice if there was more than sorbet. But on the whole my friend and I had a lovely evening and would defo go back again. :0)
The location, food, service & ambience was exactly what I expected & received at The Ivy at the Park!
Great atmosphere and very good food; service was so quick, it was just a shame that all the staff looked less than enthused to be there! Maybe they wanted to eat some of their own delicious food?!
Only 3 of the 4 meals turned up. The 4th one arrived as we were just finishing. Spoilt an otherwise nice meal.
I believe I was unfortunate with the service and staff. Frankly, they were a little clueless. Even with a basic drinks order. Staff lacked any ability to interact apart from those who seemed at a senior level. The ambience is brilliant and the decor helps to add to that. Food was adequate. I would revisit and recommend based solely on the ambience and hope the staff can improve.
The service and food were excellent and the restaurant beautifully decorated and well arranged. Sometimes the music can be irritating when all you can hear is a thumping base beat.
Disappointing experience from start to finish.
My guest asked for me at the reception and was told no-one was booked under my name so he waited 20 minutes at the bar whilst we were also waiting at our table.
Had to ask 4 times for an item to come. Waiters didn't seem to care or understand our requests.
The restaurant was empty and yet we waited 30 minutes for a coffee.
good food, lovely outdoor space, very good service and attentive to our needs for a quick turnaround
Black cod not well seasoned. Wilted spinach too much cream. Environment great.
A perfect location for breakfast meetings and lunch
The food was great, and reasonably priced, but the service was very slow.
I would definitely use this venue for client lunches very impressive and excellent food. Easy to get a table and very accommodating if you have any special requirements.
I have used the Ivy on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.
