    This branch was very disappointing having been to many others within the chain. 8 people squashed into a table designed for 6 (although this has happened a few times in other branches). Starters did not all arrive at the same time, drinks service was poor and food lacked the usual quality. Overall not that great considering the price.

    Didn’t enjoy the dish although service was good. Breakfast should be included in Brunch menu as around 11 on weekends is ridiculously early

    Excellent service as usual. Found us a table super quickly, despite the fact we had only booked for the counter as there we no table reservations left when booking. Thanking the super lovely team at the Ivy. We had a great night.

    A few issues which I wouldn’t expect at an Ivy restaurant. Of all the Ivy restaurants we have visited, this is our least favourite following our experience last night. Dinner service was ruined by our waiter constantly leaning across guests and their food.

    Service was really poor, waited 30 mins to be served for a drink and even then we had to ask. Had to ask 3 times to have a Diet Coke. Side salad ordered not delivered. Staff just not attentive
