Honestly not great, it was my birthday brunch and the service was terrible. We had to ask for tap water 3 times, it took 30+mins for my coffee to arrive, by which time I had finished my food. I had been told it would take 7/8 mins.

Always a treat at the Ivy cafe, having been to many locations for our annual Christmas market visits. The food and drinks never fail to disappoint. The staff are always attentive and make the overall experience very enjoyable, see you again next year

Food was nice but wouldn’t say outstanding , reasonably priced for what we had. The waiter could have been a little more attentive but wasn’t a major issue I assume bigger parties are of course priority. It was however very hot within restaurant and started to make us both of feel unwell so I’d recommend making sure you don’t over dress to eat here.

Lovely meal as always. Unfortunately as we were sat at the back by the doors, anytime guests or staff went outside we were blasted with cold air. For some of our party, it made for a very cold and uncomfortable dining experience.

We all chose from festive menu which was very enjoyable . Nice atmosphere and not excessively priced. Re service - We waited a long time for main courses and also coffees/ bill etc ( we had to leave table to attract attention ). We regularly use this restaurant and will do so in future.

Absolutely exceptional, food was perfection, service was amazing. Our only moan was the women’s bathrooms, both stall doors didn’t lock meaning you’re at risk of being exposed and one of the toilet seats was broken in which my sister nearly fell from the toilet.

Food was excellent. I don’t have any complaints just observations , I stress, I am being extremely picky, the waiter was sometimes a little too quick to remove glasses and side plates. Other than that he was ok. There was also a change of shift during our meal, which meant our server changed, I found this annoying. But again I am being picky . As they were both extremely good. It was my partner’s Birthday treat. The Ivy marlow Garden gave her a surprise dessert which made the perfect evening . Thank you all at Ivy garden

We requested a quiet table (26) & that's exactly what we were offered. Positive welcome, good service and really good food. We had an excellent Lunch. With all the various extras, water, coffee etc it was a more than we would normally pay but as the whole experience was faultless we are not complaining. A memorable lunch celebrating a special Birthday

I have eaten at the Ivy in Winchester so the Marlow one was the new experience. The restaurant is lovely. You can hear your companion. The service was impeccable and the food was great. Definitely recommend.

From we first walked in till we left, The Ivy was excellent. We were served by Michael who was polite, efficient and attentive, without being overpowering. The food was delicious as usual and the wine perfect. I have been many times and cannot fault The Ivy Marlow. I will be returning.

An excellent menu offering a good range of dishes including a festive option. Service received was exactly as you would wish, attentive without being ‘in your face’ constantly. Beautiful decor and great ambiance.

We were celebrating a 40th birthday - food was stunning and beautifully presented. “The Ivy” whichever one, is always an indulgent treat ! We had a gorgeous oval table - so much nicer than a square one.

The Afternoon Tea was amazing and for a Sunday it was fairly busy but had a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately the service was poor. There was only 2 of us and already had a set menu but sat for 50 mins without another drink and no one came over to check to see if we wanted anything. When I asked for the bill it was put on the table and the waiter walked off even though I had my card in my hand, so we waited another 20 mins before I then went to the waiter station to pay.

Busy Sunday lunchtime.. staff were polite and service was ok.. but felt rushed.. starters followed immediately by main course.. Felt more like a fast food outlet with a high price tag today.. Didn’t feel we could relax properly and under pressure to move on and leave when we’d only been in restaurant under an hour.. Not what I expect from The Ivy.. Please don’t become like all the other chain restaurants.

Extremely friendly and professional staff from the outset, who can’t do enough for you. Food delicious and lovely atmosphere. A wonderful surprise was a complimentary pudding gift wishing us a happy anniversary. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately whilst the quality of the food was excellent. The service was beyond poor, waiting approximately an hour at a table the was pre booked for a specific time with a previously defined menu was unacceptable. By the time the food arrived we had drunk the tea and whilst more was available there is a limit to how much tea you want to drink Poor regard to attention, my wife likes her tea weak and our specific request for the tea bag to be delivered with pot of hot water was ignored. On the positive side we were delivered some sandwiches, where the white bread had dried out this problem was quickly resolved.

We visited the Ivy in Marlow with some friends for my wife’s 50th birthday. The venue was very nice and the level of service from staff was very good and attentive. Food also good although menu was more limited than I expected and more like twists on pub classics. Very pleasant evening overall though, and I would recommend.
