What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were superb, helpful and excellent at their jobs. The food was exceptional , delightful and thoroughly enjoyed. We didn’t feel the prices were silly at all and our final bill was a lot less than we had expected to pay. The price of Prosecco when we know how much it is to buy, had a substantial mark up which we felt was excessive but we understand that there has to be a profit. If our only complaint was the Prosecco we had a wonderful evening and we will happily come back on a more regular basis. Thank you to everyone for making our evening so very special

The food was excellent with good choices for vegetarians. Cocktail was very tasty. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient but not obtrusive. Jazz on a Sunday was superb too. A lovely lunch all round.

Very nice food, well cooked. The service was a bit slow & we were originally seated right in front of the opening for service and the loos, so constant traffic of people, looking into the kitchen area and a draft. We asked to be move and were. Service charge automatically added and over 10%. No non alcoholic beer.

Booked for a friends birthday. Saturday 25th November 2024 @ 3-30pm. Enjoyed a lovely, unhurried, late afternoon at The Ivy. The Rotunda where we were seated is beautiful. The team, professional and efficient and very attentive. The presentation of the food was amazing. We had ordered the Xmas afternoon tea with a glass of champagne. Felt from start to finish it was very much worth the cost and I highly recommend.

A beautiful venue, especially when decorated for Christmas. The serving staff were all immaculately dressed, and despite it being very busy, we were given prompt service when we needed it. The food was lovely, a little on the expensive side, but worth it overall for the "specialness" of the venue and the ambiance.

Perfect restaurant to take my family for a graduation celebration. The staff were tentative, friendly and exceeded at looking after us. Plenty of choice on the menu for all ages, beautifully presented and tasted divine.

Even though we booked our table over six months ago we were rammed into a corner in the windows and size was so limited that even the waitresses and waiters struggled to pass our drinks and food over without either knocking/dropping items or having pass them to us to pass along the table - which we all felt was really poor for a restaurant of this standing. We waited almost an hour just to be given our first drink which again is not the standard that we expect at an Ivy restaurant. Having said all that the food was very good to excellent!

Bogdan was a lovely waiter, however, our meals did not all come out together one meal was a few minutes later. We sat in the front away from the bar area, this was quiet and lacked ambience. The food was delicious, except for the chocolate on the dessert bombes, this was probably our personal preference.

Very good overall. Slight reservation over the menu - a little rarified in terms of choice. The service was good, but not exceptional. The ambience was excellent; it felt v special. I can recommend the Ivy wholeheartedly, but there’s some room for further improvement if it is to be truly exceptional.

The restaurant is situated in a most beautiful round room with central round bar. Banquette seating around the walls. The food ordered was well prepared, cooked and served and as described on the menu. It was all very tasty. A great place for a lunch with a friend. Staff were lovely and very well trained

Such a wonderful experience. We chose this restaurant due to the non-typical afternoon tea offering and we were thrilled with the festive menu! Every item was so tasty and beautifully presented. The venue itself is stunning and has a great atmosphere. The service was brilliant and it was such great value for money. We will be back!

A beautiful building, very good ambience. A busy evening as it was a race day and the timings of our meal delivery could have been better. There were 8 of us and 6 of the meals were excellent. The 2 steaks, however, whilst lean and tasty, were cold. The wines were good, but very expensive for what they were. However, very pleasant staff and a highly enjoyable evening.

Good food nicely presented . Staff attentive but not intrusive . Quite loud but as racing to be expected. Set menu value for money . Noted sevice charge automatically added which I dont always approve of. This is a bit of a city thing

The food was all very expensive, even before taking account of the service charge. And we had to send back the "smoked venison tartare" because there was beetroot, hazelnut mayonnaise and toast but no venison.
