We love The Ivy, Norwich! We recognise that prices are quite high due what you receive. Ambience is usually lovely however we were sat not far from the door which was open- apparently because of Covid and keeping healthy airflow. I appreciate that and they did all they could to make us comfortable and keep all diners safe.
Lovely staff who are attentive as well .

Lovely meal, as always, and a really nice atmosphere on Christmas Eve.
Look forward to being able to visit again soon.

Was a lovely place to have breakfast. The service was excellent and staff were so friendly. Felt the food could of been a bit warmer on arrival as soon got cold.We did have two glasses of Prosecco but still felt that it was a bit pricey.

With everything Covid at the moment. I feel that The Ivy is a very safe environment to be able to sit, relax and enjoy the excellent service and food.

The decor of The Ivy has the wow factor, it's bright, beautiful and bold. Granted, on this breakfast occasion there was only one other table occupied (Covid), but the food and service were impeccable. It's more expensive than the average restaurant, but for a special occasion, eg leading up to Christmas, a treat out, it's perfect.

Great night as always at the Ivy. Food was excellent and perfect service from Rachel our waitress. Noise level was a bit loud on this occasion mainly due to a table of 3 women near to us who were either partially deaf/drunk or just felt we would all like to know about their lives!! Apart from that great.

The Ivy Brasserie is good, but I wish the receptionists weren’t quite so snippy - every time I come in, I never feel very welcome, and this time was no exception. I had originally booked a table for 6 but amended it earlier to 4, but when I said it was a table for 4, the receptionists actually tutted and exchanged exasperated looks! And I don’t need to be reminded that if I’ve booked a table for 5pm that you need the table back by 7pm - that’s your problem - serve us promptly and we will be gone by the required time! Our waiter was exceptionally good and a pleasure to have waiting on us. Food good.

It was lovely although disappointed that they didn't recognise that it was my daughter's 21st Birthday. In the past, a birthday dessert had been brought out. So it was disappointing they didn't do anything at all. Shame!

First time at The Ivy , a birthday lunch treat that didn’t disappoint at all.

Our waiter was friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. He even brought me out a wee cake with a candle, such a lovely touch on a lovely day!

We had a wonderful experience at the Ivy in Norwich. The place looked amazing with the Christmas decorations and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Tables were well spaced for social distancing. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and on the ball and the service was excellent. The food was wonderful - beautifully presented and delicious flavours. I had the scallops for starter which are served with a curious mix of ingredients but they tasted amazing. Then the salmon which was beautifully cooked and full of flavour from the other ingredients. Apple tarte fine for dessert with a hazelnut almond cocktail.
It was a wonderful experience especially when we have not ventured out very much this year and therefore just what we needed. Portion sizes were perfect for me and every course was made to savour and not to rush. Might be small for those that prefer quantity.

Not been out much this year . So was really lovely to go somewhere so special. And to be looked after so well .

Our favourite eatery in Norwich. Everyone working at The Ivy Norwich are professionally friendly and warm. Love the decor and the food is incredible.

There are few places you can go where there is a sense of occasion. Not all Ivy restaurants have this special atmosphere but certainly Norwich, Harrogate and Cheltenham do! The staff in Norwich have consistently been polite, warm and accommodating to whatever needs we had. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a retro feel with emerald green scalloped chairs and a long onyx yellow marble bar. But it is the staff and presentation of lovely food that tends to leave an impression. Lunchtime menus offer great value comparable to any high street bistro. For a ‘life less ordinary’ try Norwich Ivy.
