Poor. Third time at this location and as prior visits very disappointing. So out of sync with the other IVY restaurants i frequently visit. Poor customer service. No ownership by management.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch with a girlfriend. We chose a selection of starters and a bottle of Mirabeau: all delicious - so too the surprise birthday dessert! Really appreciated the attentive, friendly and professional service. Highly recommended for a ladies' lunch and special occasions.

The Ivy Cafe in Richmond has become a firm favourite of mine, proving a great place to come for both business and family meals. However on our latest visit as a family, the service was less than what we had come to expect. We ordered cocktails to start, however ended up waiting 30 minutes for those to arrive. By then the starters had come, putting the service and experience all out of kilter. We ordered wine to go with our main courses, however again, it did not turn up with the food, and we had to ask one of the people serving to go and track the drinks down again. The girl serving was perfectly nice and apologised each time, and they gave us back the money for the initial cocktails, however to be honest, I would rather pay and have the experience we want, rather than having to stress, complain and catch the attention of the staff to put matters right. Of course we will go back as overall I really like it there, however perhaps a little more attention from the staff on the details would go a long way to improve the dining experience I am sure they would want their customers to have.

Great service. We ordered from the special offer menu which was surprisingly good value, and decent portion sizes. Overall lovely experience.

A superb lunch in every way. A beautiful setting, friendly and attentive service and absolutely glorious food. The rib-eye steak and chocolate bombe are simply stunning. Definitely our favourite treat place.

waitress was super lovely food a bit too rich (salad dressing i found ott) but otherwise nice. my steak was a bit chewy
