fantastic place keep up the good work see you soon !
Lovely themes and ambiance, but your noy getting value for money on the food
Service was good, until the waiter spent a lot of time chatting to us, as friendly as that was at first it started feeling like he was hitting on us.
Absolutely love this place , food is amazing always piping hot and truly delicious Service is second to none , nothing is to much trouble and the restaurant itself is just beautiful , highly recommend
First visit as a birthday treat really enjoyable, staff helpful, food very good will be returning
Amazing place. Special treat. Service was a bit slow but staff apologised and were lovely.
Amazing place and atnorphere
Can’t wait to eat here again
Poor service on the rooftop terrace during our meal. It attentive at all. Had to get a manager as the first steak ordered wasn’t cooked right neither was the second steak brought and this was not eaten. No monkfish in a monkfish curry. The manager was eventually very helpful and sent us down to the second floor for our desserts were we had far better service. They didn’t charge us for the 2 mains or any desserts but for a place which is suppose to be amazing it was very poor
Celebrated anniversary with my husband and it was perfect. Nice touch of a chocolate with happy anniversary on. Our 2nd visit and we will be back.
The ambience of The Ivy is something else - I've never actually seen a restaurant quite like it. An absolute assault on the senses! Each floor is fascinating and I hate to think how much money has been spent to create the place.
The service is efficient and unobtrusive - there are plenty of staff and all appear attentive and happy to help. The food is okay - average at best but I think that is the point. The original London restaurant was about being seen, more than the brilliance of the food. However, my wife did say the burger was the best she'd ever tasted and I loved the cocktails.
I would have preferred to have chosen from the A La Carte rather than the Brunch menu as the choice of steaks was much larger but I'm not sure whether that was due to the timing of our visit, 2pm Sunday, rather than anything else. One glaring error was the offer of a 2oz Rib Eye on the menu - seemed very little for £31.95. When I checked the full menu it was shown as 12oz but even on line the Brunch menu has the error. Attention to detail guys? Also, I was disappointed that the Partridge was sold out by 2pm - seems a bit early.
It's a restaurant that you have to visit at least once, just for the experience.
Incredible experience, amazing food and really lovely staff made it all that more enjoyable! Thank you!
Fabulous Sunday brunch to celebrate a family birthday. Gorgeous decor, service and food.
Excellent place, excellent food, excellent staff. Really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at the ivy.
We had the best night! Our waitress was amazing and made special attention to our friend whose birthday it was. Food was delicious and the drink were flowing - perfect!
Great way to spend our wedding anniversary! Food was excellent, good service and great atmosphere albeit a little noisy, would definitely recommend and will be back to sample the other menus.
Amazing food, amazing service! Would highly recommend :)
Great ambiance, service and setting. Food was average at best
Service and food was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others, represented good value for money and a beautiful place to eat
This was my third visit to The Ivy in Manchester and once again - loved it. From the moment you arrive to the minute you leave - everyone is amazing, the food and the atmosphere is just fantastic.
We had a wonderful time at The Ivy this weekend. Everything about our experience was perfect. The food was delicious as where the drinks, and there was a wonderful atmosphere. A huge thank you to our waiter who could not have done enough for us. We cant wait to visit again,
As soon as I stepped inside I was already planning my next visit! It’s just gorgeous. Definitely an experience, my new favourite!
Just wow! It has the most beautiful decor that I have ever seen. It is absolutely stunning. The waitress looking after us that night was great and after she heard it was our anniversary meal, she bought us out some lovely little raspberry tarts with a cute message on them. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was brilliant. Honestly cannot say enough good about this place. Can’t wait to return when I’m next in Manchester!
I enjoyed the experience of going to the Ivy however I don’t think I would rush back to eat there even tho the food was lovely. I felt the tables were a little close to each other. The staff were very friendly, my only niggle regarding the service was our food came before our starter plates had been removed.
The restaurant is beautiful inside, it is worth a visit we attended for our wedding anniversary. I would definitely go back for a couple of drinks on a night out
great place to celebrate a special occasion. Food, service and ambiance lovely would definitely return. Only one negative some of tables too close together.
A lovely experience in a gorgeous restaurant. Special cocktails, very good food and a wonderfully out environment which all made for a special occasion.
This wa our first time and we will certainly be back. We had lunch upstairs in the Garden. The staff and the service was exemplary. The ambiance is really good with fantastic décor. As it was a nice day, the roof was open in certain parts and that adds to the enjoyment. The menu is excellent---just enough choice. Most standard dishes well prepared and well presented using good ingredients. The drinks list is also excellent. All the prices are very reasonable for you get and the added service charge is well worth it.
This is great informal dinning with sophistication. It was no wonder that it was very full.
Excellent food and service. Chilled and relaxed ambiance.
We visited the rooftop restaurant at the Ivy for lunch and it had a fabulous ambiance and the decor is just stunning. We arrived just before our lunch reservation at 12. Unfortunately we thought it was a little odd that there was no one there to greet us at the entrance or at the restaurant. The staff weren’t rude or anything, but there was definitely no service to speak of. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing and the drinks were gorgeous too.
Lovely night celebrating my birthday with my glam squad! We’ll be back soon ☺️
We had an anniversary lunch and everything was excellent - I got the bill and was pleasantly surprised with the amount as we had three courses each, a good bottle of wine and coffee! The little beignets with a message with the coffee was a lovely touch as well😘😘😎😀
Very rude staff, rushed into ordering food and then once we ordered the food took a very long time coming out, I’ve been plenty of times before, I came for my birthday this time and honestly so disappointed
Great venue great menu, really enjoyed it.
Wine list was disappointing with not a good choice of reasonable priced good wine, unlike the food menu which covered all tastes and prices.
Cool place with a good vibe - Great food - very well organised, attentive and cheerful staff throughout - excellent experience.
It just wasn’t the level of service I’d expect; our table wasn’t ready even though we’d booked months before yet a walk-in off the street were sat and orders taken before we sat down. We were asked to sit in bar, ordered drinks and then told table was ready. Drinks order was then lost and we had to prompt to re-order. Finally I found the waitress a little brash and unfriendly
Everything was better than we expected. Fabulous place
Really enjoyable brunch with family. Very welcoming on arrival, great food and good value. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable. Alejandro the waitor went over and above to make our visit memorable.
We were a group of 5 and we all absolutely enjoyed the evening, all of our dishes were delicious, each one of us enjoyed the food. The service was superb and we were kept up to date throughout the whole evening, very professional and warm. We all noticed the ambience was really nice, and the music was fabulous and not too loud considering we were right next to the DJ. We would recommend and look forward to coming back soon.
All the staff were extremely welcoming & the food was gorgeous
My friends and I went to the Ivy for a special occasion and it did not disappoint. We all really enjoyed our cocktails, the food was divine and the waitress service was outstanding. I cant wait to go again soon
Fantastic afternoon spent at The ivy... Afternoon Tea at its best! Fabulous service, happy & friendly staff and the food was delicious. Highly recommend
Food price we low but sadly was the quality of the food too. It took 30 minutes to get our table and another 40 minutes to get our food. Service generally poor. Seems the money has been spent here on the venue with food quality and attention to detail low. We were primarily there for food so perhaps if you were more focused around a boozy lunch this would be a better location.
