One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.


On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

    We booked the Ivy to hold a business lunch. Everything was excellent but the standout element was the staff. In particular the incredible patience they showed in letting us take our time during our conversation before finally getting around to actually placing our lunch order. Thank you team!

    Delicious food but slightly overpriced when you have to buy chops and sauce separate to your steak. We also got given a £65 bottle of wine as we didn't check the wine menu before ordering, oops! Outstanding service and lovely restaurant.

    Booked a table for 8 for 60th Birthday celebrations. Food and service excellent as always . My favourite restaurant in Manchester. Always look forward to my visits and always welcomed warmly and food and service always first class

    The vegan food options were good and delicious. I love the ambience of the Ivy restaurants and would highly recommend and visit again. I also enjoyed the live music in the roof top garden restaurant today, it was lovely.
