The food was delicious but service wasn’t up to the other Ivy standards we have been to. It was very slow to start and the waiter we had eventually was very lovely so made up for it but we were asked to move to the bar and there was nowhere for us to. The music was also very loud.
The food was delicious and the service absolutely excellent. It is a beautiful restaurant but we were a table of 2, not far from the door and tucked on the side of a walk way. It felt like we were in a corridor with everyone walking past. It would be 5 star but for the position of our which was very disappointing.
Beautiful setting for afternoon tea to celebrate my mum's birthday. We arrived slightly early and had drinks at the bar. The Seville G&Ts where lovely. We had a lovely experience and the food and service was excellent.
It was a lovely afternoon tea, service was brilliant but it was quite loud and you're boxed in very close to other tables. so much so i could hear all of the next tables conversation
Average food but excellent service

What a rubbish bit of UX
After the initial slowness before we were seated (I think they forgot about us), the service attentive, food lovely and great ambience. Would definitely come again and recommend.
Had a wonderful time our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious.
One of if not my favourite ever restaurant experience.
Love the restaurant and the menu, however last two times we’ve been the mains have all been over cooked which is a shame.
Lovely birthday meal. Really enjoyed the live music and the food was very good. I had the chargrilled swordfish special.
service was poor, with the waitress not having much knowledge of the menu or how to serve apart from that very good food and ambience and the tables are too small and to close to each other, I don't want to hear the chap next to me telling his girlfriend what a bad day his had !!!!!! otherwise I would recommend and defiantly go back
A lovely place for a date night.
It was very relaxing and enjoyable
lovely as always, service and food always tip top. i took a business colleague and he wasnt dissapointed.
I love the ambience there and they always give me the table I ask for when I book on line. Never dissapointed. Food is lovely. Service is great. Looking forward to our next visit ......
Super. Already booked to go back in a couple of weeks
Second time here and they messed up the order again (always the child's meal for some reason).
Food nice enough but overpriced, esp. given the service levels.
Went for Sunday lunch for my in-laws birthday. Great variety of food for everyone (we were age range 17 to 77) and a really lovely atmosphere. Perfect family lunch for all.
Food and Service excellent with a brilliant atmosphere x
Excellent food but a rather frenetic environment with waiters almost running around. Some delay in having order taken but dishes came fairly quickly thereafter.
I would recommend to a friend but will advise them that the wine are over priced including house wine (white) which was very bitter.
The chunky chips we were served were mostly crispy end bits. Top 5 layer of chips were good, long and chunky however get past those and nothing but end cuts.
Quite a surprise, I had expected average food with OK service and overpriced - what We got was beautifully prepared and presented food, delightful service st a very fair price. MD
Unexpectedly good food and friendly service in this huge offshoot of famous London eaterie. Very pricey for the locale though.
This was my second visit to this particular restaurant and I would say I was equally dissapointed. We went for lunch and although the service was good the food was a let down, tepid on arrival bordering on cold.
Would I give the Ivy a third try..no.
Overall... Nice decor, great staff but somewhat lacking in regards to the food!!
Our third visit to this ivy and we thought it was as good as we could have wished for .
Great staff and super food , can’t wait to return.
Found the portions very small and my fish goujons were very dry and over cooked.
Like the ambiance and our waitress was delightful.
Very helpful staff. Great service and food! Will be back
Service is hit and miss here. Food is good but varies in quality. Coffee was cold but still nice.
Food & Service was good. A little chilly where we were sitting and a bit noisy which made having a conversation diffcult.
Lovely spot for a Saturday night dinner. You could tell our waitress was new, which was fine because she was still attentive.
Our food was lovely, I had the tempura prawns and squid with chips and my boyfriend had the sirloin steak. The steak was incredible! So good.
We ordered two espresso martinis after dinner which were very poor. It was like drinking cold coffee. Neither of us could drink them so we asked the waitress to take them away and remove from the bill which she did; and she apologised. It was a shame as we were sat next to the bar and I saw another being made that looked perfect! So perhaps there was a new cocktail maker too.
Overall a nice spot and we will be back.
Very friendly staff, excellent service and good quality food. We will definitely return.
Lovely lunch with my mum catching up after months not seeing each other. Amazing food as always, perfect service not to keen but attentive and professional.
Lovely brunch at the ivy. Great service, always a pleasant experience whenever I go.
Have been here before and still liked the ambience and food and the convenient location and it is lovely inside. Did feel the initial greeter to the restaurant did not look very presentable and waved to our table rather than taking us to it but that may have been because one of our party saw someone already seated and went ahead. Once we got there our waitress was pleasant but reached across various members of our group during the service and we did not feel that was necessary at all, she could have easily gone between us. The food was delicious and varied and everyone was very happy with their food and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely go again.
Had breakfast, food was good with a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great with a variety of people
I love the ambience at The Ivy, it’s such a lovely night out. This time, however, I was so disappointed by the food. My main was so salty I regretted not returning it. I couldn’t finish it and was left feeling ill the following day.
A real disappointment. Food was rushed with little care about flavour and seasoning. For the price you pay you should expect Ivy-like quality. Service somewhat made up for it - courteous and friendly.
Loved our visit to The Ivy, food was delicious and the service fab - will return
The overall noise level was way too high, mainly because there were jazz musicians playing. We were meeting an old friend for dinner and a catch up and the noise level was too high for conversation, even though we moved table to get away from the noise. Had we been advised that there would be live music on the night of our booking, we would have gone elsewhere.
Delicious food cook with perfection, why cannot other restaurants get to this standard, the best eating place for those special occasions.
