   We ordered steak and it was so dry and tasteless and the chips were awful. I left them in the plate and told the waitress that they were bad and she still had the audacity to charge me. The only thing which was nice was the vegetables. I go to The Ivy in Marlow and get great service with amazing food quality. I was so disappointed with you guys I came several times there but this time you failed me.

   Food was excellent bit service was hit and miss. Our particular person went on break so couldn't order a drink fot 15 minutes. Our table was by the cutlery station so didn't feel very part of the main restaurant so ambiance didn't extend round the corner. Overall very good, so would come back.

   Slow in clearing tables. Staff need a lesson in serving. Not a patch on the other Ivy restaurants. They tried hard but young waiters need training.

   Nice place to be, good service from most of the staff. Starter was excellent, steak tasted good but was under cooked. Side where poor for the cost. Good place for a special occasion.

    I specifically stated on my booking cocktails date night. But we where pressured and force to other food unless we not going to be served any drink. And that’s not professional. Really disappointed. That whole experience for the first time at your restaurant was rueing. Never again

    Excellent food, but long gaps between courses which was very unsatisfactory. The waiting staff were very friendly and polite, but seemed overworked.

    Duck curry and Fish Cakes were nice but not out of this world, but the chips were as dry as anything. Sadly didn’t quite live up to expectations, nor the standards The Ivy has always been renowned for. Chip charge was taken off our bill though so that was a nice gesture

    We reserved a table on line for my Mother’s birthday, the menu had lots of choice and the food was delicious, the restaurant was very busy but the staff remained calm, attentive & friendly, we finished our visit with a complimentary birthday dessert and rendition of happy birthday, well done The Ivy!

    Overall a good experience, very noisy but it was lunchtime. Only fault with the food was the chips accompanying the fish. They were very dry and only warm when they arrived almost as if they had been reheated but still left to go cool.

    From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was perfect . We were greeted warmly although we were slightly early and shown to our table immediately. The food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble . The only negative comment I have is that £3.50 for half a glass of coke was extortionate . However apart from that it was lovely and I can’t wait to return

    Waitress was laying tables whilst we waited 15 mins to be asked if we want to order drinks, so we asked her if she could help us to be told “no I’m busy you’ll have to wait a bit longer” (no one then came to sit at those tables so she was just prepping, not urgent) rather than just taking our order. Sausages were pink, tomatoes and mushrooms barely cooked, beans obviously been sat under the lamp, wrong toast brought over… but really the rude waitress was the worst bit as you don’t expect it and sadly I won’t be going back because of that.

    Extremely good service. Felt very special. The food was well presented and very tasty. Would definitely go back and would recommend to all friends and family. So nice not to have to into the centre of London for a special lunch. The price was very reasonable too. We'll done Ivy.

    The Greeter was superb. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was very good indeed and I would recommend the Malbec. The restaurant was full on Thursday evening which speaks volumes. Personally, we found the service to be very slow which was a surprise as we had booked for 06.30pm. We waited some 20 minutes to be served our pre-supper drinks. And it took a while to give our food order too. However, after that, the service was fine. We will certainly return to explore the classic "Ivy Menu" further.

    I always have a great experience at the Ivy Brasserie in St Albans. The service and food is excellent, the menu options for vegetarians and vegans are far better and more varied than the usual dishes offered in other restaurants.

    Service was a bit inconsistent -started well at 1300 I have no issue with staff pouring wine provided they do so Had to request wine each time and it was kept across the room from us. Had to ask for the bill three times which overall took 15 minutes

    Had brunch on Sunday which was very busy. Eggs Royale were perfectly adequate if not memorable. The dish came with chips which were unfortunately quite below standard. The were quite dry and tasted like they were reheated in a microwave. A brasserie really needs to get the basics like fries right so quite disappointing.

    Sadly my food of fish and chip appeared to have been kept warm after cooking and before serving. Nowhere near your usual standards. I paid over £100 for two people so very disappointed

    Food was really lovely. A birthday desert was presented free of charge which was a very pleasent surprise. Concierge were very happy and welcoming. It seemed that asking for additional drinks were an inconvenience to the waiting staff, they came across rude.
