Lovely terrace, amazing relaxed atmosphere with amazing food and service, perfect 👌
Great food and one of the best views in London! Excellent
Firstly, on visiting the restaurant Monday night for my partners birthday the waiting staff were friendly extremely competent and polite, our waiter was first class as were the bar staff (I think the waiters name was Cory, as this was on our bill) he was not just a waiter he was a very sharp personable amusing young man his striped suit was sharp I loved it, he was an absolute credit to the restaurant we will return because of him and the excellent food⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
Secondly the food, it was delicious, first class, I enjoyed every morsel, thank you chef and entourage. I hope you are very proud of yourselves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thirdly this location is outstanding, the view of Tower Bridge is fabulous, it’s full of life and vibe and I loved it, this place never fails to step up to the plate Well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
And last but not least I have booked again already for Tuesday next week that’s how good it was!! 👏👏
I arranged a meal here to celebrate my mothers BIRTHDAY and messaged ahead when making the booking to see if anything could be done to make our visit special however nothing was done which was a shame. Food was average and not like the main Ivy re regularly visit in the city.
Good service good food good location 3rd visit and will reurn
It was a nice dinner with a nice view and service. I would recommend it.
We sat outside at the ivy tower bridge on a tempered evening, it was a nice atmosphere and would recommend on a nice day :)
Service was impeccable, waitress was calm ,quiet and got on with her work invisibly well. She was very attentive, kind, friendly and also careful with our order being that we had two nut allergy prone children.
I booked online for afternoon tea as a treat for my granddaughters 18th birthday. When we arrived on 13th September, I was told that afternoon tea was not being served until 16th September. At no time was I made aware of this from booking to arrival, and I had emails to ask if we were still attending. The waitress said sorry, but the online booking system is obviously different to what happens in the restaurant. I felt under pressure to order drinks as they were very busy. I asked my 3 granddaughters if they would like to eat something else, and we decided that as we had all traveled from different places to meet up, that we might as well. Food was good but not what we really wanted. Staff were very busy and there was quite a few gaps in service. I was very disappointed that we were not offered even a complementary drink to make up for the faux pas.
Gorgeous food, great views and wonderful service! Love the Ivy <3
Second time of visiting the Ivy and it didn't disappoint. The food was so good and the service was great, friendly, helpful and attentive.
Food and service were amazing. We enjoyed our brunch there
From the moment me and my nephew arrived we were made to feel so welcome and special and nothing was to much trouble and everyone went above and beyond for my 3 year old nephew. Thank you for making a special memory for us.
We saw our son and his girlfriend face to face for the first time in 6 month so this was a special occasion. We met for breakfast on a warm and sunny day. We enjoyed the food -mainly variations on Eggs Royale- the nice feel of the ambience, and the great views. An uplifting start to the day!
Lovely chilled breakfast with an outstanding view of towerbridge. Great food, great service and fantastic spot. Thanks.
My girlfriend and I had dinner there , the polish Girl who I missed the name provided a very private service
Marco and Agnieska
Lovely evening! Went for my boyfriends birthday and made it special as possible ! Lovely food and would definitely go back , 100% recommended
We have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions and it never fails to impress. We were very impressed with Kinga our waitress.
What a beautiful venue the Ivy Tower Bridge is - if you sit outside, you get uninterrupted views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London; two of the most iconic sites in London! It is perfect for a romantic dinner for two, or families or larger groups (when that is permitted of course)!
Great menu selection plus vegetarians and vegans are catered for.
Service was faultless. A special heads up to our waitress, Rebecca - who was so attentive, professional and friendly.
In short - go to the Ivy Tower Bridge. No it's not cheap, but it is worth it, especially if it is for a special occasion or if your going to the theatre, as the Bridge Theatre is right next door!!!
Really lovely meal on Saturday lunch time. Drinks selection was great. Food was delicious. We sat outside so had beautiful views of the Tower & Tower Bridge. Nice ambience. We will definitely return.
The environment and the ambiance are excellent as well as the service.
The food was good, but not excellent. All in all a very pleasant lunch.
Service was poor, had to ask to be served twice, only got half of meal, steak came first with no chips, got chips 8 mins later after asking where they were. No standard Rose available, offered what was available £13.50 a glass, although have since checked wine list and cannot see a glass of Rose for that price, really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend
Lovely iconic views of theThames andTower of London. Lovely to sit on the covered terrace that has heaters . Really relaxing way to start your day with breakfast with a view .
Lovely experience! My toast was cold but apart from that everything else was lovely. Thank you
Had an amazing evening, all the staff were very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious too and the restaurant was very clean.
100% worth a visit! X
A wonderful Anniversary dining experience. We were greeted with a friendly receptionist who showed us to our table. Our waiter was Daniel who was amazing and tentative and made excellent recommendations with a cheeky smile. We had Crab and Apple with watermelon and tempura prawns for starters, blackened Cod in a banana leaf & crab linguine for main, and chocolate bombe and strawberry sundae for desserts, all extremely delicious. We were presented with a little sponge cake with a dark chocolate with Happy Anniversary written on it, a very nice touch indeed.
The ambience was just right, a thoroughly enjoyable evening with the best waiter in the house. We will return without a doubt.
Lovely venue for a special family celebration. Good menu choice, pleasant and helpful staff and nice food.
Always an excellent dinner at the Ivy. Very efficient friendly service and delicious food. Very fair pricing too.
Never a bad meal or experience at The Ivy.
Excellent meal, very good service, was great to be dining out again.
Great service, food and atmosphere
What a beautiful restaurant overlooking the River .
The interior of the restaurant is lovely.
Food lovely the staff were very attentive.
Defiantly would visit again.
Lovely food good friendly service in a great location
Service was slow as the restaurant was very busy. Meals that had been ordered the same looked totally different and the medium rare steak was well done which was a real shame
Great food and great view. Enjoy our experience and the desert came with entertainment.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant, with an even more beautiful view. Food, service and ambience were all top notch - couldn’t fault anything! Only minor fault was a slight mix up in our booking numbers, so we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. But would definitely recommend to anyone, particularly to celebrate an occasion.
Fantastic experience with fantastic food, fantastic service and fantastic views.
Belatedly celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Ivy. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had a lovely table by the window with views of Tower Bridge. Felt very safe, hand sanitiser bottles were on each table. The menu is varied and the food was very good-we were not rushed and had a very enjoyable time.
Great food, amazing location and outstanding staff.
Maria is a superstar.
Very much recommended
Really good for food and drinks. As when I booked I had told the restaurant it was our wedding anniversary they did a little some extra a desert which was lovely xxx thanks for a lovely night.
