Ideal for dinner before the Theatre. the Bridge is next door. The special menu was just right for us, not to heavy to make you drowsy but filling and the haddock was very tasty. will dine there again when we are in the area. B. Taplin

Always enjoy the Ivy & the view is spectacular. Drinks were fab, especially my Amoretto Sour! Only issue today was the very long wait for food & my order was incorrect. I had not had a starter, so this meant I was starving by then. The issue was rectified quickly & new order delivered! All in all a great evening with a lovely attentive waiter.

Overall, we had a pretty good time at the Ivy Tower Bridge. It was my mum's birthday and I had this noted in my reservation. They did point this out when we arrived however, it was a shame that they didn't send out any cake or any deal of some kind. The staff were friendly, but lacked experience. The man that served me mumbled so I had to keep my ears open. In addition to this, when I asked if the Duck pappardelle came with rice, otherwise I'd add it as a side, he simply said it didn't. It wasn't until I received my main that I realised the meal had pasta, negating the need for rice, it would've been good for him to point this out to save me money. The same thing happened for my starter when I ordered the cauliflower soup, which was nice but it needed bread. I think this is something he could have suggested when he took my order as I assumed the bread would come with it. Overall, the food was OK, the ambience was beautiful (we sat outside on a hot day) and the price was kind of a lot for two. £70 during lunch which included the two set menu two drinks and two sides. I had a better experience at The Ivy in Cardiff but it wasn't bad.

Was bought a voucher for our 40th anniversary last year. Had a very enjoyable lunch and it certainly has a lovely ambience. There was not a huge choice for me but I'm quite a plain eater and I also don't eat fish. I prob wouldn't go there normally as it is on the pricey side but as we were treated it was very nice!

Booked a table for an early dinner with friends on Sunday. Could be that Sunday was quite busy, but the service was a bit slow and we had to chase for some of the orders. From the starters would recommend Burrata Salad and Chilly Prawns. As main both the Veal Steak and the Dover sole with almonds were lovely. For the drinks we tried several non-alcoholic and cocktails but I can't say recommend any. Overall this place is excellent for its location, the view towards the Tower Bridge is amazing. If you ignore the buzz and the services hustle, and if you are lucky to get a table outdoors you will have a great time. I would recommend for brunch.

As a regular we were very disappointed this time round. Service was very poor and slow, not his fault but a lack of staff. Ordered a bottle of wine and had finished eating the whole meal before it came despite asking several times. Then got rushed out the door as they needed the table

Service was absolutely not as we expected for the Ivy, the old blond waitress with the long hair was extremely rude, so we politely asked someone else to serve us, before she was ruined the experience completely. In the hospitality politeness is obligatory, I believe is not for her. Not busy and the service was very slow, a couple next to us was waiting 30 minutes before they decided to leave the table while the breakfast was taking ages Same for us, we decided to cancel the last order because for an americano coffe we waited 15 minute and we had the time to finish completely the food before came. Very first time in my life I refused to pay the service charge but this time this place wasn’t deserve it at all. I’ve been in other Ivy and I always be very happy for the experience, this one the overall was absolutely not professional at all

I had booked while in London as a treat for my husbands 50th Birthday. We were booked in at 9.30 and on arrival there were 3 tables dining. We were seated given menus. Another table arrived after us making it 5 In total. We asked the matradee if he could take our order after been sat there 15/20min which he did. Our drinks never arrived (orange and water) so again after waiting 15min we asked the waiter he was helpful and got these. It was clear from where we were sat that our order had not being processed as the waiter was asking the matradee about our table. The matradee franticly got his order pad and was processing something but at no point did anyone update us. While this was happening further tables had been seated and served food. We waited a total of 45/50 minutes before we had to ask again about our order no one knew. We took the decision to leave and find an alternative. The apology was poor as though they couldn’t be bothered. We were really disappointed especially because of the occasion. We have ate at the Ivy Leeds several times and been so pleased. I would not be returning or recommending this restaurant in the future which is a shame!

I booked an early slot as we were going to the theatre. - our table wasn’t ready and I let the hostess know we needed to leave by 7:20. - there were some indoor empty tables. Our suggestion to sit at one of these was ignored - service was so slow that by 7:10 our main course hadn’t arrived We left before eating our main course. To be fair to The Ivy, they did waive our bill when we asked.

I had pre booked months ago. It was a little ‘hectic’ when I arrived & waited 10 minutes past my time slot. Ladies at front desk worked hard but they needed support as super busy! Service was ok…a little slow, but appreciated probably short staffed. Team were lovely and friendly/polite. I highly recommend 😊
