The Ivy Tower Bridge
With interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the two-floors restaurant will offer guests the choice of dining within the restaurant, enjoying the view from floor to ceiling glass windows, or outside on the Parisian-style al fresco terrace seating 50 and overlooking the River Thames.
Starters soggy, mains over cooked, desert not available due to being a Sunday?
Service indifferent and automatically charged to the bill
Location excellent but go anywhere else. I’ve eaten in many Ivy restaurants in the Uk but this one is Not up to Ivy standard, or any standard really .
Fantastic food, friendly attentive staff, gorgeous surroundings, would not hesitate to recommend and visit again and again, you can never get enough of this beautiful place! 🤎
We had a lovely table and dinner at The Ivy after an afternoon theater performance and a visit to The Tate Modern. The cod and lobster linguini were very tasty, and the chocolate bombe desert was delightful; it is not to be missed! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and unique ambience near London Bridge. We hope to visit again when we are next in London.
Good food at a fair price. Our waiter was miserable ! Not once did he ask how our food was or indeed produce a smile. As we were leaving the headcwaitervaporoached our table to ask if everything was ok, bit late in the day !
We all enjoyed our meals, great atmosphere, very friendly staff and fabulous views of Tower Bridge.
Overall an excellent experience
One of the best restaurants I have visited. Service and cusine perfect. Would recommend it.
Beautiful restaurant decorated with gorgeous flowers. Wonderful views over Tower Bridge. Very reasonably priced menu with excellent service. Lovely ambience around bar lots of choice of cocktails.
Fantastic ambience, cocktails and food, couldn't have improved it in anyway!
Birthday meal before the theatre, my steak was nice my boyfriend ask for medium and got well done ask to change no Robles but then brought vert rare. By this time I had eaten my meal so we had to leave the manger took all food from bill.
The ivy at London Bridge never fails to delight me. Have dined there several times now, and it never disappoints. Look forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.
Disappointed with initial services. Improved once waiter changed
Really lovely experience. Food and ambience were excellent, view was superb. Would 100% recommend
We had a very good time at the Ivy Tower Bridge, We were a party of 8, one of whom arrived Latisha and two of whom had to leave by 9.25 but the IVY coped beautifully with us. We had a full menu which was excellent. And we recommend the house wine.
I managed to get a late booking here for valentines evening and it really was fantastic.
Service was outstanding, very attentive and topping up drinks when required but gave us our personal space..
Would definately return when I'm in London again.
Had fabulous Valentines meal and food and service from start to end was fantastic, will definitely go again
Lovely decor, soft lighting, poor table alignment as we were side onto another couple and hard to ignore them and have an intimate conversation. Problem with husbands steak dealt with superbly, replaced without any fuss. Tasty food and reasonable value for money. Will go again if in the area. Recommended.
Very good service. Professional and friendly.Good food reasonably priced. Will return.
It was amazing food and great atmosphere!! I would definitely go back!!
Incredible food, lovely and warm cozy but romantic atmosphere! Had an incredible evening!
Wonderful, highly recommend, wonderful teams and food, atmosphere. Sophisticated restaurant. Thanks
A birthday celebration - service v good, great bar staff, great restaurant but let down by the food, quality generally good but the chips looked and tasted as if they were the last from the bottom of the frier, the fish dish although the plate was warm the food was cold! oh dear!!
Valentine treat with my dear wife. Everything was spot on.
Great food and superb deserts , so much so that we struggled to choose from the dessert menu but both selections were amazing !!
We had the most amazing afternoon lunch celebrating my mums 70th Birthday. Our waitress was just the best and I’m afraid I’ve forgotten her name. She was very attentive to us and made it extra special for my mums experience.
I can’t recommend The Ivy enough
Very enjoyable will definitely go again good service good food
The blackened cod and the zucchini Fries came out Luke warm, the staff were quick to apologise and the next replacement plates were as they originals should have been. Discounted off a desert and zucchini fries, but I feel a manager should have stepped in
Food was amazing. Where it is situated is amazing. Good atmosphere.
A great experience lovely decor lighting and service. Reasonably priced food. Great ambience.
We booked for a family celebration and the Restaurant and location were excellent, we had views of Tower Bridge and the Tower which were ideal for a special occasion. The restaurant is lovely and staff were attentive but not overly so. Food was very good, the menu had enough dishes for everyone to choose including daily specials. I would definite recommend to friends and colleagues.
Fabulous views of Tower Bridge asked for a window table and got one. Great food and was served very quickly. Definitely recommend lovely atmosphere
Staff at reception did not make us feel welcome as we came in with a double pram, which I warned them about whilst making the reservation. But I noticed the two ladies being cold with other customers too. The waiters were very nice and accommodated all our requests quickly. Food could have been better quality and cooked better as I had to return the cod due to it being undercooked. Overall ok but could be much better.
Visited the Ivy for breakfast for my 21st birthday, the staff were very welcoming and the food was amazing! They brought out a small cake for my birthday (free of charge) which was a lovely addition to our meal, would highly recommend!
Great view, lovely food, lovely decor, good service, calm and quiet on a beautiful Monday morning overlooking Tower Bridge. Loved it
Great venue, excellent food, very reasonable price for such a good service.
We went for breakfast, good promt service and good food.
Great location and atmosphere. good choice on food and drink.
Amazing food, excellent service, cannot wait to return
A big pleasant surprise. The food quality was great, and the setting was perfect: a perfect location and the ambiance was great. The only downside was the slow service. We were there for a late lunch (3.30PM on a Saturday) and the meal took 2.5 hours...
But we will definitely return.
Great place to spend with friends on a Saturday afternoon
The restaurant is situated in an ideal location with views of both Tower Bridge and Tower of London. On entering the restaurant you are greeted by staff with a smile. However, I was not shown to a table rather just pointed in a direction to locate my party that had arrived slightly before me. It took some time for the first order of drinks to be bought to the table, once the order had been taken. Whilst table service started slow it picked up. The scallops were tender, well cooked and tasty and the shepherd pie was nice. However, the brunch menu was limited in that 2 of the party would have preferred to have the fish of the day. Unfortunately, the table next to us were loud and slightly obnoxious but left by the time the main course was delivered.
Our table was ideally placed and we were able to enjoy the views of the bridge and the tower. I would highly recommend the restaurant and look forward to returning.
