Food was good as expected from KCG, I was disappointed with the cost of the Char Sui ribs on receiving just two ribs, £10 per rib I think is quite a steep cost. Service was good, the 12.5% service charge I still think is high for small groups, I generally tip as standard and to have £20 added to the bill is again quite steep for a group of four people. Appreciate I could ask for this to be removed but seeing as we had good service I didn't want to create any unappreciated feeling. Many thanks,

Arrival service was excellent! Once table was cleared we had to wait 20 mins to even get the bill, no offer of pudding! Waiter wiped grease all over the table from the dish which then ended up all over my daughter’s clothes!

Fantastic menu choice including amazing shakes. Service was personal and friendly, if this was on my doorstep I’d be a regular. The dirty BBQ board for 2 would definitely feed 3, we needed to request a take away box as we couldn’t finish it! Great concept, totally recommend for meat lovers and even vegetarians. Vegans might want to give it a miss!

Absolutely tip top, service was perfect, food was outstanding, Mac and cheese was spot on, all of it absolutely great, not too noisy but perfect noise to chat in private, lovely toilets, will be coming back, didn’t get servers name but a lovely lady with dark hair, couldn’t praise her anymore she was wonderful

Another amazing visit in our favourite restaurant, we always feel like home. Food was incredible as usual , Aurelia was again extremely kind, interactive and just a good laugh. Already booked for my daughter's graduation.

Went for a Birthday meal. It was absolutely fantastic. They made me feel very special and both of us left feeling very well looked after. The food and drink quality was outstanding but the service couldn’t be topped.

They were short of staff but waitress did an excellent job. Loved watching the talented cook. Food was excellent but on pricey side. Venue is super cool and clean. Still miss cheesy pop from original venue.

Place is lovely but a little over priced. Very good and friendly staff. Didint see a service charge of 15% till Bill came tho. Also tin foil in my meat which spoiled the meal a little. Nice food but won’t go again.

First time trying Korean Cowgirl. Very friendly staff and brilliant looking inside. We took out three dogs and sat outside. Ordered the smoke house BBQ board for 2 people. For £70 we was expecting a mountain of meat, sadly what showed up was the size of a small chopping board. Food was very tasty but as a big eater I was a bit disappointed with the portion size. Korean fried chicken wings were delicious though and a must try. Would definitely go back but wouldn’t order the sharing board

We took the family out for a meal after seeing the advert, I went for the 2 person board, very underwhelmed by it, lots of pulled pork, 6 ribs, no brisket, only burned ends. And six chicken wings for £70. I feel we did not get the full experience. Short of stuff too and the two team members did all they could to accommodate the guests so complements to them. Unfortunately we won’t return as the cost for chicken wings and some pork (in real terms) was not in line with the advert and not value for money
