   We had a few issues which need to be addressed: 1) The white wine was served warm! 2) Hot Food was served cold - medium steak was cold and very under cooked. 3) When serving the artisan bread with the starters it would have been appropriate to serve it with a portion of butter rather than having to ask for it. 4) Our Table was not clean - bread crumbs left on table and seat from previous guests. 5) Dirty Water and wine glasses. 6) Music was a little bit too loud and the pop songs were not appropriate for the restaurant. 7) No bread rolls served at buffet breakfast. 8) Paint on the restaurant Window frames was cracked and pealing - not particularly attractive and really needed redecorating / resealing. 9) The Pictures of restaurant on your website are nothing like what it is really like. i.e. No table clothes.

   We could not fault the 3 course menu. The food was excellent and booked with breakfast as well but breakfast was not as evening meal quality.

   Unfortunately we had a poor experience. We were booked in for 7 o’clock .We received our starters on time but the main meal didn’t arrive until 8.50. The food was very under whelming for a la carte menu . However we were re-embersed for the delay and quality of the food.

   We had a choice of a set menu or £30 towards the standard menu as we were on a spa offer. The set menu was 3 courses and it was lovely. There was a great choice and I opted for vegetarian and it was all delicious. The view over the lake was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

   We arrived at the hotel after a long journey. Booked in for dinner but waited over an hour for our meal. Despite us asking waiting staff and being reassured. Other people were served their meals before us who had arrived later than us. I had booked an afternoon tea for the Sunday but it was for a special occasion. I cancelled it after our poor experience on the Friday evening.

   Very unimaginative food……inattentive staff…..no grasp of the concept that there might be zero alcohol drinks on the market!!

    Booked the restaurant for a valentines night meal with my fiancée. The restaurant itself is a very boring space, the staff were all miserable you really felt that they didn't want to be there trying to get a smile was difficult. The food was edible but nothing to rave about, bit of a let down to be honest we won't return.
