We offer a Happy Hour 4:30-6:30 pm Monday through Friday. We have an upscale Bar that is open seating, and a full Dining Room and Bistro. We accept reservations for up to 8 people. Larger groups should call the restaurant for special accommodations.

First time here as I recently moved back to town. I moved from a much bigger city with a great food scene. My friends assured me I would enjoy The Left Bank and they were right. I was told of the calamari by another friend and he was right - it's so good! And unlike any I've had before. And then we also had the baked oysters - oh my gosh - AMAZING! Our entrees were all delicious and we shared a dessert. Oh and the cocktails were fabulous as well. Thrilled to have such a great restaurant in York and I will definitely be back!
Left Bank continues to knock it out of the park. Just a great overall experience as always. Sean and Mandy continue a great tradition.

Wish they had a no cell phone policy as the table next to us not only were on their phones the whole time but doing face time! Very rude and distracting.
A family member from out-of-state researched "the best restaurants in York" and due to this research gave our family of 3 a gift certificate to Left Bank for Christmas! We made a reservation and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. The service was great and the food was delicious. We loved the bookshelf aesthetic since we are all readers! It is easy to see why this restaurant is so highly rated.

It is one of my most favorite spots in York. The 6oz filet was cooked perfectly and was so tender! Also, there is a nice selection of wines by the glass, and I’m partial to French wines so I appreciated the selection. I also had dessert, the creme brûlée was delicious. I sat at the bar and the service was excellent!! Love this place.

Staying in York for the night, chose Left Bank . Bartender was great , very attentive and personable.
Wine list had a nice selection, evening special soup was great as well as our entree of papperadelle with scallop and shrimp. Scallops were succulent and perfect as well as the shrimp. Definitely worth visiting this gem.
Things must have changed here. We drive from Baltimore once or twice per year to meet family for dinner. The service was not good (eg ordered bottle of wine and no taste offered) and food was ok and uneven.

Left Bank used to be the finest dining in York County, and our go to restaurant for special event fine dining. It pains me to write this review, but the new owners and potential diners need to know that it no longer lives up to this former standard. The menu is very limited, and frankly uninteresting. We ordered small plate apps, which never arrived. Salad was mediocre, and the cuts of meat were extremely fatty, and the vegetable side unimaginative. Furthermore, professional chefs understand that we eat with our eyes, and presentation matters. The presentation throughout was just plain ordinary. Our server did apologize about the missing apps, and dessert was comped, although the desserts were also unremarkable. We were extremely disappointed overall - not the dining experience we had anticipated.
As York has added more dining options, I'm hopeful the owners of Left Bank recognize that changes need to be made. Until we hear that they have, we will take our business elsewhere.
