Afternoon tea, with a stunning view! Immaculate service. Cakes delicate and refined, sandwiches were a touch on the bland side - but still good

Our teenage grandson’s first trip to Britain. He loved every bite, every sip, and every minute of the afternoon!

Would recommend to anyone, we had delicious food, amazing views and the staff were very knowledgeable. Special thanks to the someone from the kitchen who told us all about the history of county hall, unfortunately we didn’t get his name.

Unfortunately disappointed with our Tea Experience. While the teas were unique and lovely, the sandwiches were bland and the sweets were too sugary and weren’t very flavorful. We had tea at 1630 but before we were 1/2 way through the wait staff starting breaking down the table next to us which was disturbing to our experience. The view was pretty but nothing extra special. Given the price I paid for the 45 minute tea time I would be reluctant to recommend to others. Many more fun things to do in London for over $200!

A great find in the heart of the city. Attentive service, fabulous food and a superb setting, right on the river. A great choice of teas, everything beautifully presented and extremely flavoursome. The sparkling wine was spot on and topped up without asking. A great venue with a lovely ambience. We'll be back.

It was a lovely afternoon tea, from the tea selection, to the food, and the beautiful view. I would highly recommend The Library. My only critique is that we didn't know it was in the hotel, so we had trouble finding it.
